Think I need to freshen up my formation, gone a bit stale of late.

I'd also like to announce my retirement from Santos after our cup final. Having fought for our place in the top flight season after season, our relegation signals a new beginning.

In the next stage of reducing the size of my youth academy, talented young midfielder Daniel Lukasik is for sale. Age 22 and rated 84, he was an important player for Legia Warsaw last season, where they won the title.

Obligatory YouTube clip:

Look at the way he scratches his arm! World class.

Not been on here for a while, but I'm feeling the effects of my bad start to the season here...still in the mix, but I need a lot of teams to slip up to stand a chance of retaining the title...I've got the first team to do it, no doubt, but I seem to be dropping silly points...

Mata's hat-trick last night helped me no end...

Also noticed that I'm now the 3rd best manager on the game too, how did that happen? It certainly wasn't anything to do with my Wigan days...

Some interesting snips.

My managerial record stands at 157 games, 294 points, 1.87 average points.

Biggest home defeat; Everton 0-3 Liverpool
Biggest away defeat; Chelsea 4-0 Everton

Biggest home win; Everton 10-0 Fulham
Biggest away win; Newcastle 1-5 Everton

Biggest cup win: Camebridge 0-11 Everton
Highest scoring game, Everton 5-5 Blackburn

Biggest transfer fee paid; Carlos Tevez - £19.6m
Biggest transfer fee received; Fernando Llorente - £20.5m

Also didn't realise Danny Welbeck is the top scorer this season in the PL. His stats each season are fantastic, especially when he plays in a rotation system.

Arsenal are delighted to welcome Giorgian De Arrascaeta, Kyle Ebecilio, Zakaria Bakkali and Youri Tielemans to the club for a combined sum of approx 8.5mil. 4 top quality youngsters who'l serve the club for years to come. This is in keeping with the new manager's policy of getting rid of the old dead wood at the club and signing top young talent.

This also signals the end of out bound transfers for the club for the foreseeable future.

Arrascaeta

Ebecilio

Darren Fletcher is on his way to Celtic for £8.2m.

Very interesting offer from Porto for Mangala, £14.5m...

In bound I mean.

Thanks to damo for pointing that out.

Won 4-1. Ibra with a brace, Rooney and Robben with 1 each.

Into the top 4 after quite some time. Need to build on the recent results now.

Change of formation and a dominating win.
