Division 1 table update:

All three promoted teams are in the top half of the table and just 9 points separate 1st from 18th. Some interesting games on Sunday with United v City, Fulham v Derby, Chelsea v QPR and Everton v Spurs all looking like the picks of the round.

That table certainly does make for interesting reading. I had thought i was doing fairly well but in truth i'm only 3 points above the relegation zone despite my comfortable mid table looking position. Still plenty left in this season i reckon.

Alonso up to 95, lovely stuff

Ramos up to 95 for me.

I can't believe how well my Pompey are doing this season, I'm still holding out to get to the magic 40 points to avoid relegation before I think of anything else.

Taking it one game at a time.

Yep, you're doing very well. I remember your first season. Don't think you were in the top half at all, and for the majority of the season you were in the relegation zone.

I sense an impending transfer battle.

There will be a few.

In other news I've now got 60 players loaned out - £503k off the wage bill in total. 7 players left to loan out, and if I loan 2 or 3 of them out then my wage bill will finally be below £1M.

I just loan listed a few players there, all 80+ if anyone wants a look.

He was absolutely storming it towards the end of last season, but this season they're doing pretty badly - and over the next few weeks or so quite a few of the players will fall. Kaka has had a -2, Torres will probably go down and Fletcher will as well. He's not been on in 15 days.

Could West Ham see a triumphant return of its greatest ever manager ?

I have had a few decent rises. Things looking promising at Everton.

Kroos 92
Alba 92
Garay 90
Martinez 88

Still have hopes for increases on Oscar, Welbeck, Fellaini, Baines and with Llorente being snapped up by Juve think I shall keep hold of him.

Haven't bought a player in ages!

I've said for ages the one squad I'm envious of is yours TR. great talent for the future there, with the balance of still having a good squad to do well in the league.

James McCarthy had a +2 to 88 this morning.

Expectations of the rest for me:
Vidic - -1/-2
Nani - -1
van Persie - + 1
Cleverley - +2/+3
Rafael - + 1/+2

Cheers Mr A. Your squad is decent too though buddy!

That Reading manager is a greedy cnut. Hoarding loads of players. He is now trying to sneak in on one of my bids for a gifted young gun.

What a loser.

Agreed, was just coming on here to rant about his 'dealings' after missing out on Kuzmanovic due to him and potentially another player now! Thing is the players he's signing he won't even play, he's just hoarding them all like you say.

Why does he need 47 players in his first team - transfer embargo I think!

Playing Le Arse myself. Dicked around with tactics for it. Anything better than a loss will be a great result.

Positives:
  • Drew 2-2
  • Still in top four
  • De Rossi back from suspension

Negatives:
  • Ramos suspended for 3 matches
  • Messi injured for 11 days

Ramos will miss:
Millwall (H) - Cup game, wasn't going to play anyway
Coventry City (A)
Liverpool (H)

Messi will miss:
AC Milan (H) - Champions Cup very important game which could decide if we're knocked out or not
Millwall (H) - Cup game, wasn't going to play anyway
Coventry City (A)
Liverpool (H)
Sevilla (H) - Champions Cup another possibly important game
Nottingham Forest (A) - Shield game, wasn't going to play anyway

Another loss, balls. Drop into relegation zone. Gonna be one of those seasons again. Can't do anything g right.

Positives:
  • Scored two goals
  • Conceded none
  • 3 points clear of 4th place
  • M'Bengue got both goals to put himself in the shop window

Negatives:
  • Paul Lambert is a cnut who has fecked up Darren Bent for me

:D

why did you swap Miccoli for him?? Italy league done and reviewed already, Bent was always going to go down!

:lol::lol:

Yeah, suicidal transfer going for Bent.

 You bought him a week ago? Strange signing but he's still one of your best players.

I knew it was going to be a potentially dodgy move, just hoped I'd get lucky this round of changes because of his goalscoring record over the last few years and move him on again in April. Was worth a try I guess, wish I'd just kept Miccoli now. Not had much luck this round of changes, I signed Trasch about 3 days before he dropped from 89 to 88 too.

That said, I've had a couple of big rises, +11 for Dwight Gayle and hopefully Nick Powell should get something similar when he's finally updated.
