You are missing a key point. Your Chairman wont allow you to spend that much on certain players, my Chairman will only allow me to spend 10.9mill for Lopez for instance, so omar's evaluations are way over it. Atleast I think thats how it works, I tried to lay a bid to test it out, byt omar's squad will drop to under 21 so a he cant sell until he buys

Thanks. Still looking for a few more players to bring in. Unfortunately buying Parker has lowered Kacar's price a bit which isn't too surprising. Players I've brought in have provided more options too than I had:
Out => In
CB => CB/LB (most likely won't be played at LB, still planning on bringing another player there but nice option to have)
CM/DM => CM/DM (no change there)
CF => Wing/Fwd (the biggie, will be very useful)
Definitely won't be me. It's hard to say from the other clubs though. I don't think it will be Stoke City either, and looking at Wolves' bid I don't think he'll be going there either. Probably QPR or Birmingham but I've got no idea what they would value Xhaka at. The bids are quite similar.
There's a slim chance he'll be going up again. At the least he won't go down but he's had a great season for City. The only problem is if City bring someone else in (which they probably will do). Had been looking at Lescott for a while, think it was before he had any clubs interested. Was hoping that you or Reading weren't going to make bids but you've probably got other targets.
