I really do enjoy the gameworld but I cannot be bothered with having two rule systems. One for one person and another for the rest of us. We put the rule in as a deterrent and believe it needs tweaking to not be so Draconian but it is what it is and hasn't changed yet, so this was always the first test, however it is not hard to follow, really....just look at you full squad size, check you FFP and deal with it. Even ask if you are not sure, but this...

The thread was around 50 when I left and the lack of apology or care was the bit that tipped it. All other managers have either had technicalities that I can live with when they breach FFP apart from one. It is like babysitting a child for Damien et al and the accidental excuse being used again and again. I could just do the same thing, but I don't and have not ever. I usually leave my FFP 1 under (just in case that gem appears) and therefore now I am at a disadvantage.

I get it is only one person and this is likely a large overreaction but hey, when the fun stops, stop. The last time I nearly left was when LB was being...well himself...but I realised he does it for fun so actually learned to respect his peculiarities and approach.

The fact I am hacked off means leaving was the right thing for me as now I do not have to be annoyed at a person and can enjoy a different league where even now I have more respect for randoms than the individual concerned. Again another overreaction but hey.

I will be back but at a much later point. Even if the rules change as long as the person is still there I will need to get over my annoyance, which yes is all me and melodramatic but hey again, this is my stance

I understand your frustration, but the game will never be perfect because of how little control admin has. It's about making the best out of the situation, which we've been managing pretty well i think - not much more we could do. Welcome back if you change your mind man

New GW should be the last resort i think, and even in that case you should be able to sign the players you have now. I suggest we wait a couple of days to see what Pablos move is before changing anything

2. Every AI bid he makes to be disclosed here if other managers who have the player shortlisted don't bid within 'x' hours.
3. Maintain a separate league table which excludes all results vs Pool in the league and use that table for league standings.
4. Report him

None of it is an ideal solution but ostracizing him from the league is where we should start.

Litter Bug was the one person who I thought would have been most likely not to abide by it but he's been pretty good - doesn't even have one violation.

Hate to see you go @Dom Gill, and have put a temp manager in charge so if stuff does change in the short term you're more than welcome back.

Let him do that, he will eventually rinse his finances, the young players he's not guaranteed to get as they normally get multiple bids. You have to be a sad b@stard to hang around in a game world where no one wants you around so you would imagine he'll eventually feck off, but then again he is a Pool fan after all.

He's broke. The 30mil or so cash i added to the Salah deal took him out of red so he's not going to be able to do that. Also, agree that we should limit it to folks who've been on the caf for a while from now on.

As much as we need to make a statement like that. Unfortunately I'm not sure that's the answer as we will probably lose a lot of people who have built up their squads from zilch. Case and point if Greeny. It's also very hard to see a way to ensure everyone gets the same players they had in this GW cause money would be an issue

Wouldn't work as maximum starting balance for a club is £300M and plenty of clubs have players whose combined value is way over that.
