5:1 victory away to Nottingham Forest without Kimmich. I am stunned. Slowly starting to be optimistic about my top four hopes.

Player rotation going into first concern review

HW48Uge.png

Really happy with the results on the whole (bar the CS).

can you tell me how i calculate how much games my players require
  • Your 5 highest rated players and those rated 94 or higher expect to play in approximately 80% of the number of Turns.
  • Players rated 92 or higher expect to play in approximately 75% of the number of Turns.
  • Players that would expect to be in your first choice line-up and those rated 90 or higher will expect to play in approximately 65% of the number of Turns.
  • Players that would expect to be a substitute if you selected your first choice line-up and those rated 89 or higher will expect to play in approximately 30-40% of the number of Turns.
  • Keepers is 90% if they're rated 88 or higher.
Subs count as half a game so make sure you use all of them, every game.

To add to what @The Stain said, cup/shield games count for games played. If a player is suspended/injured for a league game, the percentage they play in goes down, so using an example from my squad:

At the start of the season David Alaba needed to play in 75% of 12 turns which is 9 games. He missed six league games due to injury, so his games needed was revised to 75% of 6 turns which is 4.5 games, but he played in 6 games so was fine (the % bit on my spreadsheet is capped at 100%).

@Varun is really well placed to be #1 at the halfway point of the season. I would be shocked if Arsenal aren't top given the fixtures they have. Liverpool and Forest have a good shot too.

I'm not making up 7 points damo
You sure are. I picked up 50% of points against the top 10 sides in the first 12 games of the season. Assuming that continues, I'll drop at least seven points from those alone (probably more as my record against the five sides is terrible).

3:0 victory away to the mighty Hull. I face Norwich City in the next round of the Cup. So many managed sides, so little time.

What vacancies are about at the moment, feel like giving this another try

This is not me complaining just a genuine question.

Why did Stain pick the Everton manager and it not go to vote? I thought Damien was GW owner?

is there a reason Stain got to choose?

Darlington just became available, but it's going to a vote, you can put your name forward for the vote, closes tomorrow.
Depending on who gets darlington, more established teams will be made available then on.

Ah sound yeah I formally put my name forward then

Just to add to this by this logic anyone who leaves a team and is replaced by another manager who then himself leaves should be given the choice of who gets the job?

I don’t understand why we don’t make all these decisions very public very early because it does look very shady and very much like if you are liked you can influence the GW rules and choices.

I would understand if Stain had just left Everton for Div 5 and wanted to appoint a successor but to have him replaced at Everton by someone and then give him that decision doesn’t seem fair. Smells like Dominic Cummings.

I don't know why people are crying so much over this non issue. The way some go on you would swear they thought the game world was being run by the illuminati.

Not crying over it just trying to understand why it happened how it did.

I have since been told by Stain he would kick me out of the league if he could? Which doesn’t make me feel very welcome and now makes me feel like I’m going to be targeted in future

Is that a fair response for asking why a decision was made?

I believe we should be very open and willing to discuss these kinds of things nicely. It’s a game after all .
