Yeah I love him so much, he was such an amazing striker at his period in Lazio and Parma. He always gets underrated in these drafts yet I keep on picking him because he was so brilliant. Finished at 00-01 top scorer above the likes of Shvechenko, Batistuta and more unpicked strikers, and third in 99-00 just behind these twoBTW, I love Crespo, awesome pick. Poor chap, his later years didn't help his rep but he was breathtaking in his prime. Such a complete player...
Dunga is definitely not ideal, but I really don't like the idea that he's not good enough for being the DM without his usual draft partner(who hasn't been picked yet so I won't mention him by name).4-5-1 with a pair of attacking fullbacks? Dunga was not a good choice. Someone who could drop into defence would have been better.
Ivan Nielsen replaces 'not van Hanegem' in MJJ's team. He was part of that Feyenoord team in '83/84 alongside Cruyff.
This is where I'm at at the moment;
Obviously it depends on what is available in the next round, but I think I have 3 options realistically;
Getting in a dynamic box to box cm who can drift out to the sides from time to time in a 4-3-2-1;
A direct pacey runner to play from the right in a 4-2-3-1; or
A left centre back, and go 3-4-2-1.
Hmm
? He has one more pick to complete the team in round 9.You have to win your game first!

Lucio and Tresor are already in his team. And he had to pick a goalkeeper in this round, so he has one more pick to complete the team with for example "a dynamic box to box cm who can drift out to the sides from time to time in a 4-3-2-1"But he needs two centrebacks! One now, one next, when is he going to get "a dynamic box to box cm who can drift out to the sides from time to time in a 4-3-2-1"?
I was confused just like Anto. He should have just named Lucio and Tresor in the formation graphic!
I'm not sure, I've heard that these 'DEFENDER' guys are incredibly hot prospects, maybe he's just giving the youth a chanceAye, sounds like he doesn't rate them much They must be furious with their manager! That surely has to be brought up in his first game, no?
Two, Cutch & NoPaceHow many yet to submit to complete this round?
Is the assumption everyone is working on is that you can have one sheep without starting them but 2 will mean starting a sheep?
My team is already in the ditches. No formation can help me now.
My only hope is to get MJJ in the 1st round, so that the matchup will be on equal sheep terms

Yeah I feel you, I thought this trough for a while and wanted to play that 4-4-2 but with the quality of attacks in this draft I felt that without a huge defensive line(which can still be really really good, just not amazing) Keano-Scholes won't be able to help the defense as much as needed while still contributing so much like they can going forward.@VivaJanuzaj quality team, but it feels weird to see Keane and Scholes in a 3 man midfield.
Viva,
If you can get a decent couple of full-backs you should go far. I really like your team- Crespo was a quality pick!
