It's strange, the decade constraint has made this quite civil bar the occasional glitch. There was the usual mini free-for-all early on but once you get past trying to future-proof the side the pick planning is very simple, the options clear... Most sides will also end up being quite balanced and there won't be imbalances due to knowledge gaps, etc.
