That was a good fight, very evenly matched but Tyson couldn't keep up with Usyk's conditioning. Going 12 rounds is one thing but not averaging soo many punches per round.
Fury implying the judges gave it to Usyk because Ukraine are at war. Classy.
116-112 Usyk. Could be as high as 119-109, but not lower than 114-114.
Most don’t disagree though? And as shown by the judges it was an insanely close fight. Fury battered him at times in the middle rounds and then let him back in after those and Usyk took over. A fight of two halves that just changed too much after Usyk landed the big shot on Fury. It was very close.
Mate what are you on about? First off there was a knockdown so these scores aren't even possible...
Secondly - 119-109? 1 round for Fury?!
Incredibly easy to come out and say he won that match (which still sound stupid but we're used to fighters not admitting defeat now) without talking about UkraineTotal cnut.
Fury's corner basically telling him he was going to win for the last 3 rounds messed with his head
Absolutely. This was as good as I’ve seen fury, but Usyk is a masterI actually think that was a very good version of Fury. I think he was terrified with how he felt when he didn't take things seriously against Francis and used the extra time he was allowed by the (completely valid) cut to get in the best shape he has been in years.
Usyk is just the baddest man of this generation.
Fury must regret clowning when he was up. That was unprofessional and it cost him dearly.
Nothing but praise for Usyk.
Yeah, my calculations were fecked.Mate what are you on about? First off there was a knockdown so these scores aren't even possible...

Probably a nationality thing. Nothing to do with being champion prizefightersWhat is it with British heavyweights losing and turning into bellends post-match?
So pleased for Usyk. An absolutely fantastic boxer. Travelled all over Europe and now the world twatting everyone in their own backyards and/or under their own terms. He’s been brilliant for boxing. One of all the time greats.

Was similar to the AJ second fight, where AJ was doing relatively well, till the second half where he just found another level, and I don't don't think any heavy weight has the engine to live with him at that stage.Clear winner for me.
What an incredible heart Usyk has, never gives up, knows what he has to do to win, great fight.
Exactly. Based on those 2 judges scorecards, a bit more front foot in the last two rounds could've won it for him.I thought Sugar hills instructions were good throughout the fight but those comments were tragic. Should have told Tyson he needed to be more aggressive.
This was bizarre. He should have been told he needed to get out there and make a point.Seriously Fury needs to fire his dad and the rest of his camp after that. They were literally telling him he was winning going in to that final round
Meh. If he fights Usyk 10 times, he loses all 10. And probably loses 8 or 9 against Fury.Joshua must be gutted.
Not only for who has the belts, but the value of a bout with Fury now lessening.
I mean we both read this thread which is obviously saying what I'm saying.... and I'm reading the same elsewhere, but I guess you're looking at different places away from here.
But all I'm seeing is laughing everywhere at those scores. But okay, don't stress it brother.
Said the same thing! AJ did very well until round 7 or 8 and Usyk just turned it on and dominated. Was similar to the AJ second fight, where AJ was doing relatively well, till the second half where he just found another level, and I don't don't think any heavy weight has the engine to live with him at that stage.
Such a reach disadvantage, how does he manage to overwhelm bigger men with such crazy pressure?
