Them rats Hearn and Kalle better get some good security because the legend that is Eubank Sr is ready to feck someone up.

However, Warren told The Daily Mail: "A few of us have known about this earlier test for some time. That makes it even more of a scandal. More damaging to our sport than everyone thought.

Does he think this makes him sound good?

Imagine the shame and embarrassment Nigel is feeling. Not only does he now have to explain and excuse his son away, but his own ventures and appearances will be impacted, too.

If Conor isn’t ‘just’ a cheat, I’d speculate that the pressure to honour the family name and not lose to a rival of said name, has driven him to this. He’s smaller, less experienced and arguably less skilled, so taking this fight wasn’t the smartest thing to do in the first place, but in trying to emulate the man he idolises, he’s driven himself to cheat to try and get an equaliser and avoid, what he perceives to be, letting his dad/Benn name down.

What’s even worse is the ammo this gives the Eubank’s to slaughter both Benn’s until the end of time. That is something Nigel will struggle with because Chris simply won’t let up with the endless needle.

Calamity all-round for the Benn’s. Conor has a lot of work to do to now get his own career back on track; he’ll never be the draw he could’ve been again. He won’t even get his previous regard back. It really is a disaster for him as an up and coming talent.

Absolute shambles all round. Feel for Nigel he must be fuming, the embarrassment his son has brought to the name. Makes it even worse nearly everyone involved seemed to know about this already before it became public. Not a good look for boxing.

Eddie Hearn is the king of deflection and hot air. It's always someone else fault.

What on earth is this due process cr*p he's going on about? i've got no issue with Benn getting a fair hearing but i can't get my head round why the event was even being considered to go ahead once there was a failed test.

He's seems to have dropped the blame on the BBBoC as they don't recognise VADA and only refused to sanction the fight late in proceedings but the morally correct thing to do was surely to pull the fight once they had the results almost 2 weeks prior to this. I'd be fuming if i was an undercard fighter.

A couple of points i've picked up on of Eddie's based on what's been released:

- He's made a big point about paying a fortune to have VADA on board, why would they if they weren't clean etc., however, most press are reporting Benn has previously refused and has only signed up this time cos it would affect his world ranking if he didn't.
- "He passed the UKAD testing"; this has been confirmed to have taken place well after the failed test date so could be out of his system and is therefore irrelevant.

I'm pretty sure Nigel started feeling faint before refusing a drug test immediately after the McClelan fight, so maybe the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree with Conor.

Another shoddy decision. It seems the judges want to spoil everything at the moment. Seriously falling out of love with it.

Mayer won that by a few rounds easily.

How much do boxing judges earn? Seems like easy money to me, no experience necessary, ability to judge a boxing match positively discouraged!

I must have listened to non stop DMX for weeks after he died but I’d completely forgotten about that song. Took me back.

Why on earth is it still 10, 2 minute rounds? These are proper athletes. Ridiculous.

feck me, these 2 are swinging. Has the hot crowd got their adrenaline going or are they always like this?

I’m all up for doing the same to mens boxing if it means they swing like this
Aye but the round gets going then it's over. To me the last minute of the round and the championship rounds are where champions are made. The grit and conditioning. Just don't really understand why the women are short-changed.

Marshall is going to punch herself out, using up way too much energy.

I’d be asking for a drug test if I’m Shields Marshal walking through everything?

Marshall just looks a bit slow. Quite a big athleticism difference and Shields is good at rolling punches. So I am not sure that power punching style is enough by itself.

Probably a better round for Marshall. Seemed to have some impact for the first time.
