Not quite sure I get why everyone seems outraged by Marquez knocking out Pac.

If you watch the punch Pac walks straight onto it. He is throwing and basically falls into the shot. That will pretty much do anyone.

1. Marquez made unbelievable change to his physique at 38 years of age.

2. Marquez has a notorious steroid dealer as his strength and conditioning coach.

3. Marquez attained the type of power that he has never shown before, the first knockdown was incredible too.

4. The doping control in boxing is an absolute joke, anyone could get away with it.

That is why people are suspicious. The rumours were there long before the fight.

only just saw the fight, incredible finish. all issues aside it was a fantastic spectacle

i can understand the suspicions of doping, for a man of his age and the punishment he's put his body through JMM was in excellent condition.

i'm not sure the knodowns are conclusive of anything untoward though. With the first manny was backing up and is off balance, hes basically on one leg when it connects, he bounds straight up and doesnt look too hurt by it. the second was a huge shot but doubled in power by manny throwing his head into the on-coming fist, roids or no thats a knockout punch

i always backed floyd to beat pacman should the fight ever happen, and even more so now, manny is slipping of late. If it doesn't happen though i hope theres a part five with JMM - there always great fights

This.

To be fair, Marquez is one of the best counter punchers in boxing. His first knockdown on Pacquiao was brilliant set up, the second was straight stupidity from Manny.

But the power on Marquez hands, was never seen before.

Barker after his win on Saturday night (I was slightly pissed so sorry for the poor quality):

The whole evening was great fun, I haven't been out on a good drink up for ages. Decent group of lads, I only knew my mate & one of his friends. One was a scouser (Evertonian so just about bearable).

1 of the main headline bouts were cancelled (Rees/Murray), Barker beat up Hope. We met Carson Jones in the hotel bar afterwards with his Mrs, this Mexican girl who was a real cutie & an absolutely charming girl who was flirting with everybody. Although hitting on a boxer's Mrs is not to be advised.

I didn't see as much boxing as I ought to have though.

Twitter reckons it's at 4:30am.

I hope the arrogant twat loses.

Billy Joe Saunders hasn't impressed me so far tonight, George Groves on shortly aswell could be a decent fight.

Would really like to see the Kell Brook v Khan fight to happen but I've always disliked Khan so much I can't bring myself to want him to win tonight.

Never got the hate for Khan, his fights are always entertaining. Hope he wins and gets back on track.

Undercard is good as well, Deontay Wilder is worth a watch with 25 fights 25 KO's at heavyweight.

Can't see Khan losing think Molina has just been hand picked but then again he wasn't suppose to be in much danger of losing the 3 he has lost.

I only really dislike Khan because he keeps trying to talk about himself in the same breath as Mayweather and Pacquiao.

Also sacking roach and essentially trying to shift the blame from himself was rather cowardly

By the standard of other boxers he's not an arrogant lad, at all really. He's got big aspirations but most professional athletes do.

 Great stuff then, Andre Ward calling out Froch.

He speaks really well, seems like a really intelligent guy.

Same I'm fecking nackered, thinking about fecking it off and just recording.

This is a good fight. Silva looks a decent boxer.

Yeah Wilder is on before Khan - don't expect it to last long though.

25 fights, 25 KO's - all before the end of 4th round

Good fight.

Fair play to Silva for lasting the distance, although a first round KO would've been nice since I want to go to sleep.
