The Reality Draft: Main Thread (Finals)

They are, problem is Kalle is better than Savicevic and belongs in that role, let alone with Breitner behind him. Again, I think it's good insurance for Tevezbola, Hargrief, Rio, etc. but I'd pick a different striker and there's one in particular who would be immense with those two.
I'm not sure if he's such a great fit as a false 9. He was always at his best when he played off a striker with great hold up play, didn't really matter if he started wide or in the middle. In my opinion brilliant AMs with great finishing are best suited to the false 9 role, because they love to drop into their 'natural' position. At least that's how I'd describe all the great false 9s in the game, from Hidegkuti and Cruyff to Totti and Messi. Wouldn't play wide forwards/2nd strikers like Rummenigge in that role, same goes for Cristiano Ronaldo or Stoichkov for example. They're free roaming goalscorers and really benefit from a striker with great hold-up play and good movement.
Mmm I get it.
I had a memory of someone played Kalle as the false 9 and getting great credit for it. I loved it to be honest.
I still have time to change, but I have faith in it still

I'm feeling inadequate being the one with a ton of 70s players amid this retro rush.

Yeah, I meant if he is intent on that setup than maybe switch it around a bit.

It makes no sense though. You have Francescoli, you have Rummenigge... so obviously you need a false 9 between them. Why? Seriously.

No, do it from the bottom again and start doing it right. The moment crappy know his defender he can start thinking about his next move, expedites things to draw from the same position you will continue. In fact, they can start sending PMs if you take ages and need to go.

@crappycraperson starts off his defensive caravan with Cannavaro

So far so good, my least wanted defenders along with the RBs, partly because in the back of my mind I'm still contemplating WM.

It's fecking outrageous, the one CB that should have been blocked based on prior draft form. Christ.

Viva's team is frighteningly good.

Yups, regardless of Tevezbola, Hargief, Rio, he is walking his way to the final and all the rest of us can hope for is being able to strengthen up enough and not meet him until then.
