It is. The question though is this: did Wolff get the entire story wrong or just some details (which could be important of course)? Based on what I read, it sounds that the Meuller team is not fully denying the story, but who knows.

This doesn’t seem like a statement rebutting false info or anything of that ilk because if it was he would just have made it surely. To announce a statement in advance usually means it’s going to be interesting.
CNN is in hype mode . Saying sources telling them that it is going to be a substantial statement. Probably backing Barr.

Well he did inform the WH last night apparently. No mention of anything from Trump surprisingly. (Went 12 hrs without a tweet and just 2 today about Alabama).

So it went from complete exoneration to insufficient evidence.
It's like saying 'I'm a criminal but you can't prove it'.

It’s interesting that he used the word “resigning” multiple times too. Makes it clear that it’s his decision to leave the DOJ rather than his assignment being terminated or mutually expiring.
Congress has no choice but to start impeachment proceedings.
Interesting that the SCO looked at different ways to try to indict the President. Wouldn’t have wasted their time if they had no reason to believe that he committed obstruction. And yet that was without ever interviewing him.
Also, remember that we have not received the results of the CI Investigation yet, though if Barr has his way we never will.
