This brings me back memories about Mou's 3rd and last Real Madrid season. Him going completely nuts, the biggest star/s of the team revolting, the press taking advantage of the situation to finally take revenge mocking him while saying "told you so", and everything exploding daily like in a Dragon Ball battle. Don't expect anything better but everyone adding more fuel to the fire. It's a toxic irreversible situation.

Can’t believe Mourinho’s comments post-match on Jones and Bailly. Utterly hung them out to dry with the attitude of them being a liability on penalties, but for some reason Derby’s defenders would be fine. Bent and Redknapp were genuinely shocked on Sky and I was too. He’s losing the dressing room. He can’t be doing anything but with those comments.
oh no... at this rate, no player will want to play for him..
It's only going to get worse isn't it?:(

The club needs to act now. /just give us a break from all the circus.

He doesn't change.... unfortunately, our board isn't as decisive as your guy Perez.

It genuinely can't be the players if you cannot look like a cohesive team and get dominated by the likes of derby.
The players job is to execute the tactics he wants from them. Maybe they just aren't capable of it, or they aren't suited to that style. We will know once we get a new manager.

Mackola isn't the ranting or negative type and I think he sums up things pretty well here.

Man this can not get fixed up anymore. This is way beyond repair and it will only get worse. Both in terms of results and relationships. Many players have likely given up on Mourinho. This is now a free fall.

Mourinho should have been fired after Sevilla. Heck even way before that but that should have been the last straw. This can only get worse.

The season is already a write off but long term damage is possible if we lose Pogba, Martial etc.
Mind you, not like anyone wants to join this team and play for Mourinho anymore either.

The story that didnt get enough attention was that United was in for Kovacic this summer but he didnt want to join the team and play for Mourinho. A potential world class midfielder, Modric's successor. And I bet hes not the only one.

Mourinho has to go ASAP

But if the tactical plan is so bad that after 2 and a half years the players you buy still cannot implement it. Then most likely the tactical plan is terrible

It could be, and it could be a mixture of both. We'll see if the next manager is able to do better with these players.

I can't disagree, I said weeks ago that Mourinho is the bus from Speed, we are just keeping it above 50 miles per hour right now but it's inevitably going to run out of gas and we should get off it before it blows up.

You seem to be in your own little world somewhere, where the world is ending.

This is going to sound really bad but I don't even care that we aren't winning because the more we don't, the sooner Mourinho goes and that puts a smile on my face. I'm a big supporter, and I almost bought a season ticket this year. But thank God I didnt. A lot of people are blaming Woodward for no signings this summer but I've said it 3 months ago and I'll say it again, it's because no one wants to play under this miserable fooker.

Isn't Zidane meant to be available anyway, sorted.

Your being pedantic for no reason. The players implemented lvg plan it was clear it Just didn't work. Jose has brought in his own players and still hasn't implemented any semblance of a plan after 2 years. That's nothing to do with the players and everything to do with the plan or lack there of.

Mourinho has put us in such a spot where teams feels comfortable coming to our home and ATTACKING!!! You will never see derby attempt that at Liverpool or city because they know they are ready to hit back and won’t be cowards under pressure. It’s like teams all over the country have our blueprint and know exactly how disjointed we are as a team. I mean I’m still shocked that frank lampard a rookie manager came to our backyard with the confidence of WC manager and played free flowing football. It was risky but it still payed off at the end and they did it with players I can’t recognize.

All the current best teams in the world have close to the same style of play yet we at United would rather play without the ball so as to reduce any amount of mistakes. It’s my main reason for wanting him out. Even if we had the best players in the world mourinho would have his dated philosophy take over and all though we might win we would still get bored to death.

It’s really unacceptable and at this point just not fair after all these years of dealing with mediocrity. Today it looked like he was crying(red eyes and all) and I’m starting to feel sorry for him because it does seem like he is trying his best. However it’s just not good enough so how about he just put himself out of this misery and hand in his resignation. I didn’t want it to end like this especially after how some of his stars have acted(pogba and his undermining of the manager) but something has to give and I bet we are all tired of the circus surrounding the club.

You could be right. What if the new manager fails just as badly with this group though? Would you still believe the players are good enough?

Zidane is a win-win. A coach that players admire. More players will want to play under. Has won in the modern game at the highest level 3 times! No way Jose is worth more then Pogba. One is completely replaceable, the other is hitting his peak years. Club would be idiotic to sell him.

It does sound bad.

Lool! Yes has gone up 8% in less than a week. Been obvious since January he isn't the man.

It'g going up and down after every game.

And this poll represents probably only 0,0001 % of our fanbase. So it doesn't really tell you much.

I think Mourinho’s departure is inevitable. I don’t see him salvaging the situation. The only question is for how long the club will let us decline before making the move. It irks me, however, that Pogba could possibly win in a power struggle with Mourinho. He’s a very talented player- a match winner on his day. That said, he’s terribly inconsistent and seemingly completely unable to acknowledge his own shortcomings. He and Mourinho are essentially cut from the same cloth. Egomaniacs to the core. When they win, it’s all because of them. When they lose, it’s always the fault of others.

Does sum it up well. But Has he been saying this for a while?

That’s my issue right now - a lot of us have been raising these fecking issues since 2017 under Mourinho. Nothing has changed. It’s all been there in front of us to see.

"I knew we would be in trouble with Jones." How does a manager say such stuff about his own player?
Did he really say that?

Mackola is really even tempered, gets slated for being a Martial fanboy at times but in general I think he is seen as the laid back, easy going one of the FTD team and he rarely is as animated or as frustrated as he was in that video.

If the manager cannot get any semblance of a plan and is getting beaten by low league clubs then the manager will and should rightfully get the blame. If the players have a cohesive plan and keep falling and the last hurdle when more quality is needed against the best teams in the world then absolutely I will say the players need to be improved.

People used to scoff at the suggestion we were no better than under LVG. Well they were right to scoff.

This is fecking David Moyes level now.

Why wouldn’t you? Bielsa can’t speak a word of English and is doing pretty well with his club.

I've said elsewhere, but i'd have got Biesla in when SAF left, he'd have had the place rocking within 3 months.....

Yeah he uses an interpreter at pre/post match interviews and pressers, but he always, or nearly always replies in English, not sure ZZ could do that.

Please tell me that quote is fake.
Its out of context here. He said that when the penalties were going, he thought that Phill and Eric would be a problem if they needed to take it, because they are not confident to take penalties. He was talking about the CBs, not only about Jones, and was no way an attack.

:lol::wenger:

This is just getting redicilous. We need to cut our losses here before things get really bad. Sack Mourinho. I have been backing him all this time but things just keep getting worse. The owners and Edwood are so passive and are to afraid to take strong decisions. All they worry about are the finances and the stock price of the club (or let me call it business company). Someone needs to get in their heads and wake them up. This is Manchester United Football Club. The way they have been running the club is a disgrace to put it litely.

Still think he should stay.. however his next 5 games are all going to be very difficult to win. Make or break

Pretty clear now that one of them has to go and go now. Can't believe Jose will select Pogba again willingly.

If Woodward has any sense, he'll realise that, whatever the rights and wrongs, Jose has run his natural lifespan. Of course if he had any sense he wouldn't have given him a new contract so recently.

So we're stuck with a stillborn season, with him going at the end. What a waste.

Forgot to add, we were poor against Leicester and got tanked by Spurs at home. As you say all is good.
We beat Leicester, outplayed Tottenham but got done by an outstanding display from a centre back and right-winger that should have been wearing red.

Lampard has a championship team playing out from the back, pressing from the front and controlling possession away in how many months?

Mourinho out ffs.
