With or without JM we should have bought a top center back or two. Biggest problem since Fergie retired. They cost £60m-£70m as city and Liverpool showed. Jose has had to shop in the bargain department

Why buy two for 65 million then?! He could have bought just one quality CB.

Excuses.

We may as well get away and win this game at the end due to quality of players at the disposal but bloody hell we’re going nowhere as there’s literally no coaching to be seen, just chaos.
I honestly can't see a new manager doing any worse than this, your right. How many times will we see this performance. It's not a question of form, it's poor coaching and tactics.

We may end up winning this match. But if you can't see by now that this man isn't for us, then you will never smell the coffee.

Not when we was shopping they never. Cost around £40-50m. He choice to sign Bailly.

So, you are suggesting that Klopp hasn't had any shiny new toys?
The most expensive defender in history of football?
Or how about a GK purchased, then failed, then replaced by the most expensive GK in history (at the time)?

It makes me wonder why some people support MUFC? They hate our manager, the players, the way the club is run, while they seem to love rival clubs. It makes no sense. Wouldn't it be better to just support another club, who you can get behind and be happy with?

I said this a while back, but I am convinced that rival supporters are creating accounts on this forum and then posting glowing reviews of their own club, while speaking badly about MUFC (and its staff).

Sorry for wanting my club to do better than they are.

I can counter my saying you support mourinho more than the club. If you actually were a proper supporter you would have understood the values of the club.

If you want to pull the conspiracy card, maybe you’re a secret dipper, enjoying us struggling as a club.

It’s funny, when we show glimpses of attacking football and quick passing, everyone gets so excited.

We should be seeing this regularly not in short spells.

We’re absolutely tumescent under Jose and he needs to feck off!

Hard to blame him right now, we’ve had at least five chances where we should have scored this second half. The players just can’t finish.

These players are too good for him. The squads got enough to challenge for trophies, but instead we're struggling in a top 4 battle.

Maybe one of these days he'll decide to start games like we tend to play in 2nd halves after awful first half tactics. Juventus away next and then City away so you know we'll just sit back though, despite being awful at it.

After 1 point in 7 he went on to pick up 10 pts from a possible 12.

But no, he's not digging himself out of any crisis.

The coaching of the team doesn’t seem to be getting any better but the team selection aspect is definitely much improved - not sure if it’s the players who have protested or what not but we seem to be back on track somewhat because of that. More fight about the team.

I hope Real Madrid really comes for him, and he decides to go. please.

I don’t see what we are actually being coached to do. This is pretty much Sunday league. Hopefully we fluke top 4

Still should go, but at least he’s dropped Lukaku and brought Shaw and Martial back in. Things that should have happened far, far earlier.

We'd likely be in a relegation fight if we had binned Pogba and Martial the way some special top reds on here wanted to at the start of the season...

We’re a bad team with lots of good players. That’s on Mourinho.

Individual moments of brilliance like we’ve just watched from Pogba nicks us games (which is great) but we were outplayed by Bournemouth for the first half of the game.

Always great to read from our "supporters" who seemingly are devastated by United daring to win matches. Thought Mourinho's timing of the substitutions was spot on today.

I've posted a lot in here, but camping out in here at the moment seems pointless to me. Jose's going nowhere for a good few months, I can't really muster up the energy to talk about him leaving when its just not on the cards anytime soon.

His multi-million pound team (half of which he bought; others don’t make the bench) being pulled apart and comprehensively outplayed by Ryan Fraser and Junior Stanislas et al.

Why the hell didn’t we buy Yerry Mina?
Yerry Mina isn’t the answer to anything, except ‘name a centre back who isn’t good enough for us and can’t even get in the Everton defence.’

Do you honestly believe this?

To do what? Put the cones out at training?

I wouldn’t come back until we can’t get champions league. That’s when he’ll get sacked. I’d be very very surprised if there was any movement before that happens.

In saying that, nothing wrong with venting.

Absolute nonsense. I don't know how Utd fans have the nerve to talk like this.

Agreed. I can only speak for myself, I feel almost vented out? I'm sure the need to vent will return after our next pathetic defeat though.

I thought the subs were poor.

I wanted us to hook Matic for Lingard and play with an extra attacker. Sánchez was looking dangerous in central areas.

I'd say that we've been pretty awful at times this season as we were for half an hour today. But we overcame that awful period with a pretty good performance and inflicted a first home defeat for a high flying Bournemouth team. Honestly, if you're complaining about that performance, then you need a different hobby. In fact, we've been pretty good in our last 4 PL games - 10 points from 12 with 9 goals scored. We actually look like something.
