Yeah, this would be the perfect way for him to leave with £20m in his pocket. Fingers crossed for you, Jose.

We have good players. Only a blind person refuses to see this.

Really hope that this doesn’t delay his sacking. If anything this match should show that our players are capable of better. Get someone in who can get more out of them.

If one result against Newcastle at home is enough to change the boards decision one way or another we really are in trouble.

An extra 3 points on the board is a fecking great result. But the performance that won't help Jose in the long run, imo. The fact that we could ever be 2-0 down to this Newcastle team at home is enough to break the camel's back. A well managed team would never have needed a fightback like this.

This second half showed that this is a good football team. They just have to switch on.

Welcome to the circus. Or Disneyland, to borrow a page from Ed’s pamphlet. We’ve been in trouble since the day Sir Alex hung it up, and that’s not about to change anytime soon.

Knowing the clowns in charge we'll give him a 5-year contract on the strength of this.

Hopefully we switch on from now on coming the next difficult period. He can still get a good reaction from players.

Has to stay now. 3 more years.

Dream on!

He still has to go as soon as possible, but it will be interesting to see how Ed reacts after this game.

Does he have the balls to sack his manager after his team came from 2 goals down to win 3-2?

Need this Jose, the one that changes it quickly if not going right. That's the one at Chelsea and Inter

Hopefully he will come round and drop Lukaku

Changed my vote to Not Yet.

I think the players are still playing for him.

I say this after every game recently:

I've never seen our players give up. They always show fight contrary to what you read on here.

It just looks like that because we have no tactical plan. We're a mess and when we go for a goal we turn into a bigger one. We never lack fight, though.

This shows the team can attack. Always have been capable of that. José's holding them back.

Fact is I imagine some oppo fans were happy we won the game as it will mean Jose’s stay and the chaos is prolonged.

I hope he's sacked asap so we can start train with another manager/caretaker for important games coming up, great time sacking him now before international break

True. Some fans seem to think 45 minutes of playing okay is enough though, how far we've fallen
I think we were better than ok in that 2nd half, but yeah Newcastle are joint bottom with Cardiff.
