@Kevin is very arrogant, yes, but he gets plenty of abuse so I get why he likes to rub it in when he's right, which he was again. It's not like he insults anyone either, which, let's be honest, you did to me and others when we questioned Mourinho's management.

Still, we both want the same thing so I'm not trying to rub it in. I'd have preferred José to have been a success believe it or not. Hopefully our next manager brings happier times and we can celebrate future success together because I don't wanna argue with you.

Absolutely.

I will always defend Mourinho and because i will defend him i think it's time for him to leave. Board doesn't back him up, players don't back him up. He is alone.

Hope with the next manager something will change in the club so great results can happen. If it keeps like this giving power to those who dont deserve it then this will be really hard in the near future

Rio confirming there is a civil war in a dressing room. Believes the board have a decision to make.
What did he say? Can't watch the post match stuff unfortunately.

It feels like he has already resigned to the fact that this will be his last season and now he is just trying to get the boot as early as possible.

I'd say, sack him now, put McKenna or Carrick in charge while the board try to sound out a more experienced manager.

Get SAF to do the Heynckes for the rest of the season :D
Nevermind his recent hemorrhage, more of this football would be even worse for his health!

Don't be utterly ridiculous.

The man is clearly unwell and should be concentrating on his recovery. SAF did his part a long time ago.

Think a lot of us had been flirting with the Mourinho Out idea for a bit. Some already made that call weeks/months ago.

But today, I'm fully in. Today was awful. We came to West Ham - set up not to lose which is a tragedy in itself - and we lost.

Time for him to go. We're on a downward spiral and with all the toxicity, Mourinho won't get us out of it.

He needs to go.

I know there is an argument that you need stability. But this will only get worse the longer Mourinho is there. Given him the benefit of the doubt. Love him when he was the Special One.. now he is the Spiteful One. A bitter and twisted little man who is alienating all the players. He set up the Pogba row for the cameras, no question. He knows precisely what he is doing.

None of us want to see the club lurch from one failed manager to the next, and Mourinho was a gamble, we saw a slight upturn, but now we are heading downwards. He has to be fired.

The annoying this is I think that is PRECISELY what he wants. His little pay off and out of his Manchester hotel room.

I don’t know how to feel other than sad for Mourinho. It seems that the players had abandoned the ship.

We have been playing shit for a while now but losing against Westham after the disaster that Derby was just proves the players have abandoned Jose.

This match was to make an statement, and it has been made. The squad wants Mourinho out, there is no other explanation for this shit level performance.

I have been pro Jose but it has been clear for a while now he has failed, today just confirms it more.

A lot of the dross we have also needs to be shifted out. There are major problems with our club at the moment

Who did he blame ?

It's an interesting one so I'd try and watch it.
He doesn't blame the players' attitude. Says we don't have the quality. Applauds the scouts at West Ham for finding Diop (West Ham CB), maybe a dig at our defence according to Rio.

Look, I don't mind accepting Mourinho's time is up but whatever we do, we must not hire Conte. We will be repeating the trick by hiring another failed ex-Chelsea manager

This was a dig. You know that Jose is bigger than the club though so its alllowed.

I definitely believe that. Mourinho divides the fans and the players. We cannot continue this nonsense.

People won't like it but I comfortably will remember Van Gaal's reign with more positive memories than this shitcnut.

Him and Moyes (with their respective managerial reigns) might as well be the same person at this stage. The LC and EL wins have been cancelled out at this stage.

I honestly can't believe how someone can keep fecking it up in his 3rd season. I defended him, believing that we won't go through the same thing. But now it's happening to us, and I hate that I'm having to go through the feeling of being excited about our manager being sacked.

This is how I feel. I genuinely thought Jose was the man to take us back to the top of the league. We look as bad right now as anything under moyes or LVG.

I’m just not convinced who we should bring in to try and turn it around. Feck for all his faults I’d take Wenger right now on an 18 month contract.

What did he say? Can't watch the post match stuff unfortunately.

He said there is a division between Jose, coaching staff and some players and another part of the players. He mentioned the word 'war' and I'm not sure if he actually revealed too much as Scholes seemed to give him a surprised look. And also he said the board have to make a decision right with all the stuff that's been going on. Rio sounds like what we hear in the press is just the tip of the iceberg.

By saying we don't have the quality he is blaming Woody.

We do have the quality, it was Jose that decided to keep the human chimney sweep who is not United quality.

The same thing happened at Chelsea, the players often showed enough to win the odd game, although lost most of them until Jose was sacked. Those same players, the ones Jose blamed for everything, proved themselves far superior the following season under a new manager. Is it a coincidence that they suddenly began performing for a new manager under new tactics?

And then went to shit again the year after because they didnt like the manager.

Rio all but said Mourinho should go. Basically said the club needs to make a decision immediately.

What is he waiting for? He can't fix the rift in dressingroom and no point keeping him

I still think he should be given time. 15 minutes should do it to clean out his desk.

Sadly, the likes of Liverpool and City play better football than us, we've made bigger mistakes post Fergie than we did after Busby, at least the likes of Doherty and Atkinson played exciting football. Amazingly we were hiring LVG when Liverpool had Klopp in their sights. If Jose does go we have to get a manager who's not yesterday's bloke. A young coach with decent structure behind him is needed. Well that was obvious - I know!

Wow, he's literally David Moyes now if so.
Can we please stop misusing the word 'literally'. I see so many people doing it.

Jose Mourinho isn't literally David Moyes. He is, however, on borrowed time and that's putting it nicely.

I wanted mourinho to have a job for life after getting rid of rooney, but now i think he probably nneeds to go.

The problem is, he actually is a world class manager, so it really indicates to me that there's a problem with the players too. We need more leaders and winners in the squad.if we get another manager in i think the same problems would still exist

Doesn't sound good at all really.

Fine he's 'pretty much acting' like David Moyes.
