Except that wasn't what was said. You can't know what family background one has and what comment can be incredibly hurtful to them and not mean anything to you, making them lose their cool. Someone who's had his family ruined by a tsunami wouldn't take a joke about it in the same breath as someone else. It's the same debate as it is with the N-word, people say it's just another word but someone who knows what them and their family/ancestors have had to go through would obviously get incredibly enraged and rightly so. There's no defense for some of the language and antics Conor used for provocation, they were in incredibly poor taste.
