We will see Conor Khabib 2 before Tony/Khabib which is unfortunate.
If team khabib cannot understand and abide by the rules in the UFC and Las Vegas, the place that is paying them millions then they don't deserve to get paid. This isn't Dagestan mate. Dagestan customs, social norms, laws and rules don't fecking apply when team khabib is in Las Vegas representing a sporting event.
If khabib does not have thick enough skin to take the insults that come with the job of being paid millions then he can go back to Dagestan and stop trying to make money in the ufc. If he wants to fight in the ufc and Vegas then he needs to abide the social norms and laws of Vegas not his home village.
You bringing up conor acting like a cnut is literally irrelevant to any of this. yes conor is a cnut. Doesn't mean team khabib are not also cnuts
He called me names for posting video evidence of what happened. Then called me names for a post days ago in which I said Conor had a punchers chance in the fight, insinuating I had no idea what a punchers chance meant. I corrected him. Informed him what a punchers chance meant, and how it applied to Conor, and asked him to explain to us what he thinks a the term a punchers chance means. He called me names again.
I'm not sure english is his first language, so go easy on him.
True, this was a particularly charged fight. Hell, it was even marketed as such, using footage of that bus incident.
There have been plenty of equally personal fights before though that didn't end like this.
cnut is like a brother in Timbuktu.
McGregor is a lucky boy he didn’t meet Khabib earlier in his career. There’d be no fools hoodwinked into believing his bullshit self-hype for as long as they have been.
4. Khabibs team also trying to protect like 2. ?
Why on earth are you making it relative? We know Conor is a cnut. That does not affect the fact that Khabib is also a cnut.If we know that McGregor with his posse attacked a bus, throw a dolly at it and in doing so, he injured other people just because Khabib was in that bus, who's more of a backward thug then?
How is McGregor being a cnut completely irrelevant to this? I just literally reminded you about the bus incident like 5 minutes ago where McGregor and his posse (Dilon guy was probably there as well) attacked a bus and injured other innocent people just because he hates Khabib and he was in the bus?
I sincerely doubt that throwing a dolly on a bus full of people and injuries them whilst doing so just because there's a person you don't like is inside of it, is welcomed in USA, Dagestan, Ireland or any part of the world. Tonight's fight should never have happened then because McGregor and his team showed unable to follow the rules. Do you think so as well?
What's your take on the bus attack BTW?
Dana was saying 3 of Kahbibs entourage have been arrested. I’ll never understand why a group of people feel like they need to attack 1 man and why people that are professional fighters would sucker punch anyone. I hope those guys get deported and are never allowed back in the USA. Just ruined their careers in one swift move. Bunch of pussies, not really all that surprised when you see how they surrounded Artem.Yeah, I suppose I could have said it that way, but it's hard to make that point when it was team Khabib that initiated the brawl. So from my stance, they're the aggressors. Point taken all the same.
Uh, a punchers chance means a long shot to win the fight, in boxing this is based on power, in MMA it translates to either power, or superiority in striking, but inferiority in other areas where you are the underdog.
That's exactly what I said Conor was in the post in question. That IS what Conor had. A punchers chance. Nothing more, nothing less.
" puncher's chance. This one comes from boxing and refers to the fact that even if you're an outclassed underdog, you can win a match with one knockout punch."
"In sports, and most specifically boxing, to have a “puncher’s chance” means that the person or team may not be the favorite to win a championship, but it could happen if the favorite isn’t careful. The puncher has the ability to land a knockout blow"
Khabib won't be fighting for a long time and, when he returns, Conor will be in the midst of freak fights v Silva or whoever the feck.We will see Conor Khabib 2 before Tony/Khabib which is unfortunate.

Watching back the fight and it was utter domination. Four rounds out of four to Khabib whilst dominating the ground and (more than) arguably the boxing exchanges, also.
It was handled all wrong from top to bottom by a greedy promotion and that bald twatt that doesn't care about anything other than selling more PPV's.

Actually all you said was "A punchers chance is when a guy has a chance to win via 1 punch". Which on its own doesn't mean anything like "a long shot to win the fight". For someone pointing out that English might not be the other guy's first language you could probably have made yourself a bit clearer too. Which is why other people also told you you were wrong.
As I said though, it's a side note.
Uh, one act of violent cnutishness that happened months ago does not excuse, justify or legitimize in any way other acts of violent cnutishness that happened tonight. Not sure why you act like whatever conor did months ago excuses criminal behavior from team khabib tonight.
Okay, so exactly like last night with Conor not pressing charges. Maybe this isnt such a big deal. When he said he didn't want to take it further, he was talking about pressing charges or getting Coner into trouble., not getting physical.
Why on earth are you making it relative? We know Conor is a cnut. That does not affect the fact that Khabib is also a cnut.
And now you're being selective. You try to justify Connor calling Khabib a backward thug, after which I point out the hypocrisy in McGregor's words when he acted like a thug before and if he had been properly sanctioned this fight wouldn't have happened at all.
And despite me condemning Khabib's action's (I only call him Khabib because his last name is too long and difficult to write) you're pushing you're last stand narrative I'm trying to justify it.
I can very well accuse you of defending McGregor's actions by downplaying his part he had played in tonight's events and in buildup to it.
You say Khabib should abide by USA and Las Vegas laws and rules when he's there, and I completely agree with that, but im also pointing out your lack of criticism towards McGregor's "backward thug" actions or should he not abide by USA and New York laws?
Bit of a weird thing to say when you look at his career and who he has beaten in the sport, no doubt he talks himself up but more often than not he backs it up.
This is a good point. The way Conor has been treated with all his shenanigans. How is anyone in the sport supposed to know what is ok and what isn't ok? What will be used as promotion fodder, and what will be considered too far? Maybe Khabib thought "I jump out of cage and run at guy, security stop me, great promotion material". The UFC has set a standard regarding what is permissible, that its hard to hold any fighters completely accountable when Conor has been rewarded, with A LOT of money and opportunities, by breaking the rules, by acting like a fool, all because it could be used to hype and promote.
Whether or not that was Khabibs aim, who knows, but what about the next time this happens? You know there will be a next time. The envelope will be continually pushed, because that's the kind of promotion the UFC has been using with Conor. What will he do next? How crazy and over the top can he be? It's a terrible precedent to set.
Judges gave the third round to Conor per official scorecard.
He called him a backward cnut, for what it's worth. Not a backwards thug.
I didn't miss the point at all, I fully understand cultural relativism and I think it's a load of bollocks. Getting "hurt or killed" for taking the piss out of some thousand year old fairy tales is backward. But who's to be the judge and say which customs and believes are superior or better than the other ones?

Connors actions directly led to what happened today.
Okay, so exactly like last night with Conor not pressing charges. Maybe this isnt such a big deal.
Clueless buddy. Everybody was unanimous in their condemnation of Conor.Conor fanboys are so precious with their high and mighty attitude. Where was all this outrage when their poster boy was acting like a crazed maniac and a disrespectful scumbag for months in the buildup to the fight, I wonder. Now when he got ass handed to him, suddenly they're all up in arms about classless behaviour from Khabib's team.
As for the actual fight, I was surprised Khabib went toe to toe with McGregor and exchanged blows, this was the sign how personal it was for him, he didn't want to just win, he wanted to destroy Conor.
