Helwani had it 48-47 McGregor and so did two of the judges. The other had it 47-47.

Nah not having that.

McGregor ran away from him 4 times in that fight. Now he wants it on his terms because he scraped a dodgy decision.

I think the decision was correct. Mcgregor did knock Diaz down 3 times. He landed more power shots and did more damage.

Fair result. Conor must've racked up a lot of points for his three knockdowns. Fantastic fight overall - completely reinvigorated everything thats' great about the UFC.

Americano is a known troll when it comes to McGregor. Best ignore.

Fecking amazing fight. Had it 1,2 & 4 for McGregor. Still, Conor's cardio is no good with that weight on him. Back to FW or LW.

He had him on his arse 2/3 times.

It was a pure dog fight and to be fair one that could have went either way.
This is going to sound silly I know, but they were funny knockdowns. Kind of like they were stingers instead of knockdowns. I know it counts as a knockdown but they didn't feel like a knockdown. Oh well, decisions done. Being on the third.

So at press conferences they get arms length close, and all hell breaks loose, throwing bottles, wanting to kill each other, and their teams. And after the fight its all hugs and kisses. Why the feck do people fall for that "animosity" crap, should`nt be allowed, all fake

Smart move by Conor at not going for the ground and pound on his three knockdowns of Nate as he would've gassed quickly and Nate would've taken advantage.

Either way the decision went I would have accepted

I would have also thought a draw was fair

That 2nd round is very hard to judge and no outcome from that round is conterversial

McGregor controlled him for nearly 4 mins of that round but Diaz came back super strong in the last min

Bull shit

He definitely won 2 rounds

The 2nd round was the only hard one to decide. It could have gone either way

I find it hard to accept when someone wins a fight after winning 2 rounds of a 5 round fight. It was definitely close but I think Diaz done just enough to win that.

Talk of a trilogy can piss off. Defend the fecking belt, man.

They both get paid based on PPV points, so it makes sense that they would ramp up the drama to get more viewers.

1,2,5 to Conor I had. But Nate's flurry at the end of 2 could have swung it. Wild fight, both guys fighting out of their weight class for it twice now. Let's get them back down to their real weights. I for one don't want to see a trilogy immediately,

Conor broke his foot, which is no good for the NY card. Nate will be sore as hell right now, so he will be out for a while as well. Great card over all, Rumble was the highlight for me.
