The activity here is great to see, almost has that sort of entertainment of the early drafts when everybody were motivated.
Yeah I'm enjoying it. Helps that I've got hours on end at night to work out which way to go aswell as I'm not rushing.

Some fecker has used the Protect card on Messadona. Some other fecker has gone for Messadona, unfortunately for him. I use my cheat card: Will I then learn that Fecker 2 has gone for Messadona - or simply that he has failed? Or, for that matter, that he has gone for Messadona - but that Messadona is protected?

Can't be right? Didn't Pat and Tuppet have the same bids for him or DC bid lower than them?
You dont see bids, only targeted players.

I meant that he should've seen that Tuppet was also targeting Garrincha? I know that the bids aren't visible, should've worded it differently

No. Tuppet and Pat bid the same amount (care to guess?), so they were blocked, while Downcast's bid was lower so he failed (but regained his funds)
whoops missed that. Could be worse - could've bid the same as them.

Ye. Pat was the only one on Garrincha at deadline. Tuppet/Downcast/PNut then got 10 mins to pick. Those three were jotted down as ? next to their names when we sent it out to them so they should have known (if they read op) that there were other cheaters. They obv weren't aware of eachothers picks.
Funnily enough, @Pat_Mustard is the last to pick.
Yeah I was struggling because everyone I had down as a r1 pick was already picked by 1 or 2 so I knew I had to bid big and I've definitely overpaid.
I banked on a certain player or 2 being protected aswell which if it hasn't happened I'll be gutted.
Eh? Weren't Garrincha blocked? I thought both him and Mustard went for him (and Downcast, as it now turns out).
Tuppet/Mustard bid the same - Downcast bid less., hence "fail" for him and "blocked" for the other two.

I thought you meant those still to make their third pick, rather than the Garrincha one. Tuppet has used his cheat card as well as downcast and by the look of it Pnut.
Well, everything else notwithstanding, 13m is stingy for prime Garrincha. Even Fergie at his worst would've spared 15.
