Guys, if we ever do have a second edition to this draft, what do you think of doing it in the snake format ? Will it work in cricket or will there be way too many over the top heated arguments and way too many chickens to skip the vote ?
It will work fine. We had one quite some time back. No issues.
I think a snake draft would be interesting. More possibilities to build a team with a plan in mind. Or maybe it should be ODIs so that the players are from less disparate eras.
Definitely ODI's. Sick of seeing players I've never heard off never mind seen play
t20s would be more fun.

What's a snake draft
Rate at which this draft is moving along, the next Ashes might comes first.
Randomizer gives a sequence. Managers pick pick in that sequence. No criteria. No block. No sheep.
Eg.
Sequence
Manager A
Manager C
Manager D
Manager B
A picks whoever he wants. D can pick anyone bar player picked by A. So on
^ After Manager B picks player 1, he is the first person to pick Player 2, essentially allowing the player picks to move like a snake.
