The Godfather II

Well, there we are.
It's not the best list ever made but it represents the twisted minds of 11 film buffs. All of them cretins.
If there were more, the list would've been even more fecked up.

The counting was annoying but the countdown wasn't so bad, I remebered quite a lot of great films and now I want to watch loads of them.

I'll post the whole list in a minute.

phew.

Some movies are TOO low, *cough* Shawshank *cough*, others are not even in it and some others are TOO high or shouldn't be in anyway.

Too much Scorsese in top 10. Raging Bull should not be in there. And no Paths of Glory? Das Boot to high as well

I don't think everyone's seen Paths of Glory and the Killing. Both should have been on there. And of course Rear Window should have been much higher.

I rate raging bull a lot as well but it is not the 6th best movie of all time.

It wouldn't have been in my top ten personally, but it also doesn't stand out as a shocking mistake in the list because it is a very good film.

Shawshank was a nice movie but there is nothing spectacular about it that would warrant a higher finish in the list. ffs it 's based on a novella by Stephen King, that alone should tell you enough.

Why? It's a great movie with some excellent performances by top actors. It deserves a place in the top 10. IMO of course.

It's an overrated movie with one horrible actor and another who only ever plays one role. It's also lifted a bunch of scenes from Escape from Alcatraz.
