I'd be lying if I said I didn't find that slightly arousing. How would an online FF work, though? What was XI like?

Oh yeh, this isn't bad either:

Looks a bit like the FFX summoning system to me.

PS3 exclusive, looks like it is an MMORPG though, so not a main title in the series as such. Released in 2010. Trailer looked sexy though:D

It won't be an exlusive and their last mmorg was shite
Shinji Hashimoto, Square Enix senior vice president, has cast doubt on Sony’s suggestion that Final Fantasy XIV Online will be a PS3 console exclusive.

SCEA CEO Jack Tretton announced yesterday that the title would release next year only on PS3, but Hashimoto said this wasn’t necessarily the case at today’s Square Enix E3 conference.

“Some folks interpreted the announcement as being an exclusive, but we wanted to make sure that the announcement was that the game is coming to the PS3 and PC, and in terms of Microsoft products and all other hardware we are considering all options at this time," he said, according to Gamasutra.

FFVII now available on the European Store, for the unbelievably cheap price of £7.99. If you haven't got it, get it.

Hopefully the start of many more higher quality PS1 games that are going to be released on the PS Store.

I've got the original game still from PS1 Elvis.

Worth a few quid as it has the manual, all the discs, and jewel case.

Prob 30quid on Ebay.

£7.99 for a masterpiece, great price. I am grabbing it for my PSP when I can scrounge some cash off my parents card.

When i purchase something from the store, do i have to use a Credit Card or can i use a Debit Card?

Both I think, you add funds to your PSN wallet, although I have never brought anything from the store.

Saying that I may buy 7 from the Store, then I'd be able to download it onto my PSP (When I get the new one in October) and play it on the go.

I guess its possible to use the downloaded version on both PS3 and PSP right? By that I mean does it allow you to use the same copy for both systems if they are both activated? I want to play it on my PS3 for now then use it my new Go in October :P

You getting a Go leg-end? I'm going to see how they're priced first. Game and a few other sites in the UK have it as £229.99, which is a tad steep. Though I'll probably end up paying it anyway.

Not sure on you're question, though I'd imagine you would be able to just copy the save game on your PS3 across to your PSP and carry on from where you left off. Maybe Weaste will know for certain.

I just read you can copy across content from the download list on upto 5 consoles, so I assume this means you can.

I am getting a GO if the price is right, my old PSP is more or less dead now a 1000 series, the battery doesnt last that long so I might flog it cheap on eBay in the meantime.

There is no way I will be able to hold off getting one once they are available, not if GT PSP is out at the same time and they are about £200.

Oh, I thought you meant the save game. Yeah you can just copy the game across directly from your PS3 once it's downloaded.

GT5, MGS and Resident Evil all soon to be on PSP:D

Is Resident Evil coming out too? Christ I wont have any money left for PS3 games.

Just finished downloading VII and put it onto my PSP :D Still have my original copy of VII in perfect condition but can't resist playing it on the move. I had actually started to go through X again but screw it, that can wait.

I still have my ps1 FF7 but want it on my psp. How do you do it do you downlaod it from the ps3 store if so how do you put in your psp. I tried putting FF7 on before but i cant because I have an updated firmware which im told you cant put downloaded ps1 games on it.

Do you mean you've hacked your PSP? If so I'm not too sure about how to go about it.

Otherwise you just connect your PSP to your PS3 via USB and then hit copy.

Right. I'm finally going to play this game. (FFVII) I've mentioned in other threads that i could never play it because i never got to play it at the time, and going back to the poor graphics now just hurt my head.

I've had this game for ages on the PC, yet i could just never be bothered to get through the first 5 minutes. Perhaps it was just something about sitting in front of your PC playing it that wasn't very good?

Either way, i just bought it on my PS3, and fully intend on the finishing it. The fact i can lay on my bed while playing it is a deciding factor, because i can pretty much have an hour or two session every time i go to bed. I've already got further than i ever did on the PC one just by playing it this morning.

But you could play it on your PS3 as well...

Ah right. Fair enough.
