The F1 Thread 2013 Season

Lotus fecked that up, if they'd stopped him earlier he'd have been right on Sebs diffuser.

Lotus turn to play dumb, if they move Grosjean they can still win.

Not quite sure how Lotus haven't managed to win this one, they were in perfect position to do it.

Title race is ominous now, can only hope the new tyres feck Red Bull a bit.

Boring, boring F1. It's like the Schumacher years all over again, when F1 lost half of its viewers.

It won't. It will help them. Ferrari and Lotus' advantage was with the 2013 spec tyres as they had better tyre management.

Vettel will win no.4 this year.

I might be missing something, but when did Vettel come under this "constant pressure" everyone's talking about? He cruised away at the start, then just had to keep Grosjean behind him for most of the race, which was piss easy since the Frenchman ruined his tyres in three laps.

Again, just like last week people are considering that an exciting race because there were five - ten laps of interest at the end? Do you all just ignore the fifty odd laps that came before it, where virtually nothing of interest happened? Maybe I'm just getting jaded with watching the same person win all the time, but F1 seems to be less and less about driver skill and more about which team can push the boundaries of the rules with their car and who can manage the tyres better with each passing season.

Maybe, but it seems to me that over the past ten years it's really swung to being more about the car and less about the driver than ever before. I mean, a few years back Jenson Button won a championship ffs!

The only computer aid is traction control and that was banned a couple of years ago.
