The F1 Thread 2010 Season

 I'm not defending him, i'm just pointing out to blind people that he's hardly the only driver to do it today.

he's done it about 4 times today, its not like it was the odd one occasion. He's indefensible today in his actions, so spare us the bullshit :)

 yes because Massa was right along side Michael. It was a dick move, but more then likely he thought he was far enough up. And considering it was Michaels rear tyre that collected Massa's front wing, he didn't ram him off.

Well done

I'm sure it does, but then again, doesn't that completely negate Brads argument from the last race about Vettel should be pulling out if he can't get the pass off.

we're not referring about the last race nor even Vettel. This is about Schumacher and his awful driving today, unsurprisingly you're trying to defend the indefensible.

marchi you are wrong yet again. Please leave this forum.

:lol::lol: i'm just laughing at just how double standard some of you can be.

Michael on the race line brakes into a corner, Kubica trying to make a pass, slides wide, and both go off.

Now if i'm not mistaken, Brad's argument for Vettel last week was that if you can't pull the move off then you should back off.

There's a very good reason why that incident didn't go under investigation like Turkey

Btw F-Red. Tell me how any of the other drivers that did 30 laps on the super soft tyre went.

You blundering fool, it makes no difference about the tyres. There was absolutely no need for some of the moves Schumacher made today, especially the Massa one & later the Liuzzi one. He was painfully clear that he was slower than the pair of them yet he decided to pull some stupid moves.

You then come out, one hand on the keyboard trying to tell us all that poor Michael had tyre problems. The whole fecking grid had tyre problems, yet they didnt have the ego issues that Schumacher did today with people trying to pass him.

As i said before, spare us the bullshit and you the shame of trying to defend Schumacher when he was fecking awful in his maneuvers.

Button's the driver of that race, but it was a good job by both McLarens. Alonso also performed exceptionally well.

Sorry, Hamilton was the driver of the race. As much as you cant admit it, Button was good but not as good as Lewis.

I'll spare you the bullshit when you get a fecking clue. Your boy Hamilton 'and Alonso' are drivers in exactly the same mould as Schumacher and thats what makes them the best of the bunch . Michael did everything he could to keep the other drivers behind him on shit tyres that were far worse off then anybody else had had for the entire race. He made an idiotic move on Massa, but hardly put a foot wrong on Liuzzi.

If you don't think that any driver in the same guise would do anything less, then you're a sadly deluded. Or have you completely missed the last 3 seasons where the likes of Raikkonen, Hamilton and Alonso pulled off similar moves on competitors.a

Those drivers have never had a car thats horrendously bad enough to be fighting for position with the Force India/Torro Rosso cars. Schumacher does & every move he did today wasnt done in the best of spirits.

So being deluded, funny again how its only you has this line of thought & everyone else thinks exactly the same about Schumacher. Pull your head out of your backside you spastic.

You mean the same line of thought by a bunch of British posters like yourself, who have already made it clear that they don't like Schumacher :lol::lol:

Do you really think I care what you think about him. At the end of the day

7x WDC :lol::lol:

Really enjoyed that race today, mainly down to the first time in a while Ferrari(in the case of Alonso) seemed competitive in what has felt like quite a while.

Congratulations to McLaren today aswell where you really couldn't fault both drivers really.Congrats to Alonso aswell as I thought he was excellent too

I got to agree with the general consensus I thought Schumacher was disgraceful in his driving today...reminded me of a certain Hungary race by him(despite being torn about it as a Ferrari fan)

Marchi sounds like a Liverpool fan, harping on about history despite his man currently being pretty shite.

Trying to defend the indefensible, where's the shame.

Of course you care, you wouldn't be then trying to post 'great opinions' about the man & then resorting to a crap argument of 7 world titles to justify the poor driving of today of the has been.

No the difference between myself and a Liverpool fan is, that I understand that times change. I'm not going to stand here and say that Michael is driving anywhere near his best, but at 41, you'd be stupid to expect him too. But in saying that, when a team puts a driver on a 30 lap stint of soft tyres, and leaves him out there to fend off cars closing in at 3 seconds a lap, then questions need to be asked about the logic behind their tactical decisions.

Before he ran off the road to avoid Kubica colliding with him, he was sitting pretty for a good top 10 finish. He had the pace of the front runners and looked comfortable.

He made mistakes, but if you really want to be picky, go back and look at every race from the past 3 years, and you'll find quite regularly that the top drivers have made moves that were far from sporting. It's an edge you can't take away and its why Hamilton and Alonso were trying to run each other off the road in the pitlane and exit.

But of course that gets completely washed away when fans like F-Red that are so far up Hamilton's arse, that you can't tell where one ends and another begins, that forget about Hamiltons antics at Monza in 08, or Alonso in 07, or Raikkonen at Spa in 08 or if you really want to talk recently, a couple of Hamiltons moves on Alonso in this race alone and Webbers on Vettel in the last race.

Reprimands from the stewards for all the incidents today. It's not like the FIA stewards to bottle making a decision.

I've just got back from the track and have only one word to say:

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

No great shock about Schumacher, he's been getting away with it for years

Count, what a belting race to be at, you mustn't have had a fecking clue what was going on mind! (Unless you had the gizmo I refuse to rent when I'm at the racing, which tells you all lap times, positions and what not)

I've tried to update the fantasy standings by the way, but the site has been down all day. Hopefully not gone bust, I was doing well!

Spare us the bullshit??? He was completely entitled to do what he did to Kubica. He had turned in to the corner, it was Kubica who fecked that up.

His car was fecked, he should have yielded.

Bottom line is that Schumacher is the biggest cocksucker in world sport, and considering that he has fearsome competition from the likes of Tiger Woods and John Terry for that title that is some fete.

It was a fantastic race! Bloody hot though, which was surprising given that we've been told all week here in Montreal that today was going to be cool and wet.

And no, I didn't rent one of those things. I actually considered it, but the woman on the stall was really rude to me so I didn't bother. Didn't really need it, either; I'll admit I got a little confused slightly further down the order, particularly as the field was so juxtaposed with backmarkers and people pitting constantly (like Massa and Petrov), but the important cars at the front were easy to spot. It helped that they were all close together!

Great shirt Count I have one of those. Must have been great to be there why they dropped this last year was pretty stupid.
