Amazing by Östersund really. It is certainly the best a swedish team has done for many years. Unlike many others though they have a very cheap squad with no real standout player really in my view. Fantastic management and yes we all know he is 100 times better than David Moyes and these dinosaurs. Tactially they have been spot on most of the times. I think one key aspect is I think the manager has also worked as a teacher before so he knows how to communicate the tactics to the players also in such a way so they can change it during the games and make it work. I think that is the future to be honest, but for it to work you need to teach the players very well so they can adjust with few instructions. If someone set up to hurt or stop you the players can then adjust with help from the coach during the games by simply saying let's change to tactics B or C. Key then is to work on multiple tactics before the games.

I think his biggest problem in England is I think he has too advanced tactics for many of the more stupid players in the league. I think he could do well in a top team like Pep though or if he could build up a team with his methods over longer time. He will not get that in the premier league at West Ham or West Brom.
