Dissapointing really, but I can't really say there was 'that' player which I would have preferred to lose in my side - like quite a few had in their sides. The likes of Burgnich and Rivelino would have been 'easier' to lose, but they were arguably more important tactically whilst Breitner is relatively easier to replace as there are loads of quality B2Bs around (just not on the same level obviously). Losing half of Breitenigge was the real bummer though.

Just getting a list started as I understand it there are no problems with this (from reading the last auction) just that the time won't start until 10GMT

There is, I would advise for you to delete them - you have an unfair advantage in making the first bid (so the others have to up your bids while they could've saved a few millions if they were to nominate them first)

In one hour if eap meant gmt when he said gmt (I think it's a fair assumption that he did).

And it doesn't matter when, you can't start before the deadline because it gives you unfair advantage
 
Someone fancy posting the finalised squads and blocked players please. Can't do it at the moment. A thread mark on it would be useful aswell.
 
This GMT/BST business is ridiculous.

It's about the tenth time now there has been some kind of issue with it.

Yeah seems that way. Also what times are we using for the bids. Be extremely confusing for anyone in England using GMT and not BST.
 
As Gio (I think it was) pointed out the last time, draft standard has been London time - not GMT as such.

But whatever - let's wait an hour.

However, this should be the last time there's any confusion about something as simple as this.

Well, then start using UTC (as I've said a million times).

GMT is not a time standard, it's a time zone. And London happens to be on GMT for large parts of the year, which makes it potentially very confusing to use GMT as the standard time for drafts.

Either stick with London time - or use UTC.
