Reinforcements:
Pool: Losing Teams
RF1 - Every team will suffer 2 players (picked at random) being suspended/injured from previous round's starting 11 before every round. Injured players will be unavailable for that round and will be back for subsequent rounds. Do note that they can get injured again in subsequent rounds again as it's all randomized.
RF2 - Reinforcements will be in snake format, order reversed.
The last game ends in 13 hoursWhen will that be done? Because I won't be around until Monday evening to do whatever needs to be done

You literally posted at the same minute as our game has endedThat was fast
You shouldn't feed your inner muppet - there are injuries ahead.Pretty much know who I want already!
@Edgar Allan Pillow what's the scenario regards youth and legacy players? They still got to play?
The winning managers are 16,14,13,12,8,7,4 (and 11 if all stays put) - there were no real advantage for the top of the list managers here@Edgar Allan Pillow I'm not particularly arsed without a horse to back in this race. But should there be some form of compensation for the managers who were at the bottom of the snake in the initial drafting given the typical advantage of getting first dibs on reinforcements has been removed? At the same time, it was a tasty reward given the snake advantage in the initial drafting wasn't the same as a typical snake draft. So hard to balance it all out I sympathise.

I've decided to amend RF2 to auction mode to keep in line with the draft theme. RF2 will now read as:
RF 2.0 - Reinforcements will be in open auction format.
RF 2.1 - $70m budget with minimum 3 players to be picked. Clean Slate. Money left (if any) from previous rounds will not be added to this.
RF 2.2 - Each manager can nominate only 4 player or less for this round. Player pool will be eliminated teams for R1.
RF 2.3 - Players born before 01-Jan-1945 will have minimum starting bid of $20m. After that date it'll be $10m minimum.
RF 2.4 - GoalKeeper's start off minimum bid of $20m.
RF 2.5 - 12 hrs without up-bid to be successful.
RF 2.6 - $2m minimum up-bid for first 8 hours. $5m minimum up-bid for last 4 hours.
Auction will start at 12:00 noon BST Tuesday 02-Aug-2016
This is much simpler with less players to manage. So please do not exceed your budget at any time.
Excess = Successful purchases + in progress bids + minimum needed to buy 3 players > $70m
Considering the relative ease to manage budget, the penalties for excess will be strictly enforced this round. You will lose a DoF player or highest bid successful player for this round.
It is more sample & fun to say Excess if successful purchases + in progress bid > 70m'. No?
Is it possible to nominate a player who doesn't belong to the pool of the losing teams?
Let's say you have purchased 1 player for $50m and have 1 bid in progress for $15m. This gets total to $65m...within budget, but does not provide money to buy the mandatory 3rd player ($10m minimum bid). So it's a combination of all 3 factors (successful bids, in progress and affordability for 3 players minimum in total).
No, pool restricted to losing teams.

4 active bids you mean?
mmm, I'm going to make that 5...but it's 5 new players to be introduced. i.e every manager cannot introduce more than 5 players to the draft. No restrictions on active bids.
what happens if I nominate 5, lose them all and everyone else has finished? I won't be able to introduce more but can't meet the 3 quota
