This will probably have mainly managers voting due to the pool so you can expect good feedback for some pragmatism or cautiousness if you like. Also, players who perform specific well outlined roles are well received. e.g. a DM who is clearly a destroyer type and everyone can easily see what his job will be is easier to sell than someone who has a more nuanced style of defending and requires a bit of explanation. etc.
