Only because Novak wasn't arsed pressuring his serve for the majority of the third set. He just waited out, planning to turn the screw right at the end... and it worked. He almost broke him in the last service game, instead he crushed him in the tiebreaker.
Federer was serving better than Djokovic, including a good number of aces. There was little Djokovic could do to "pressure his serve" in that regard. Djokovic may well go on to win, but it certainly wont be because he was dominant. This is a very even match.
