Well, he did enter without a vaccine, didn't meet the requirements to get an exemption (since previously having COVID isn't one of them) and presumably lied on his entry declaration, so...
It's the fact that the man has blatantly broken Covid rules back in Serbia, has gotten into the country using an exemption that is not valid. He's not going to cause an outbreak of Covid but rules are rules and no one can say it won't be deserved if he's deported tomorrow.

Assuming his covid postive isn't bullshit of course and you have no idea if he had Omicron anyway. And if he did get infected again his cavalier attitude to ignoring rules about masks and isolation while mingling with all and sundry make him a huge health risk imo. Doubly so as he isn't vaxxed.
However, the main reason to deport him is that he is a covidiot who laughed at our regulations requiring vaccination and quarantine that the rest of us have had to suffer from for 2 years to keep us all safe. So some rich bloke thinking the rules don't apply to him doesn't fly at all well here. Obviously the latter isn't the best legal advice available.
