It's not like he's just playing badly, there's something physically wrong with him. Timing and power are both lacking.
It seems that he might get a big break here with Youzhny injured, but if the latter can hold out it's a matter of whose body lasts longer in the fifth.
Just somehow hold in this game and make Fed serve it out.
Youzhny injury or not, I think Fed would have found a way. But yeah, he's gotten lucky with the injury now and should wrap this up.

Don't think they would help if the player is injured to be honest. Federer himself has used it in the past mostly tactically. Maybe when the set is over, but find those always irritating.

The pressure of serving second in a decider against Federer is absolutely huge. Especially when he (usually) holds with such ease.
Usually doctors inspect if he's hurt, didn't seem to be the case. Probably feeling dizzy or something.

Seems like both Young and Monfils are playing injured as well. This year has been a disaster really on the mens side in terms of fitness.
