Rushing points so he doesn't have to run is a tactic in your book?
Seemed to be moving reasonably well at the beginning and he wasn't great then.

What? He was playing well at the start.Seemed to be moving reasonably well at the beginning and he wasn't great then.
They were, particularly given there have been some epic battles in this tournament.Awesome for Federer but god, those two finals were horrible for the neutral viewer.
Without dropping a set at Wimbey. Amazing achievement.A nearly 36 year old Federer winning 2 out of 3 slams this year. Unbelievable.

For me, yesGreatest Sportsman of all time?
Awesome for Federer but god, those two finals were horrible for the neutral viewer.
... and is age 37 suffering from a constant illness?
I'm a self-employed software engineer and I run an independent agency with a decent clientele in 4 countries, and my hourly rate is $150/hr. If a client engages my services for the whole day, I charge them $600.You make 1200 in 2 days? That sounds hard to believe.
I actually know a lot of Federer fans in real life and they are loathsome! Basically like the glory-hunters version of football fans.So a meltdown of a fan base, majority of whom you do not even know, compensates for your real world monetary loss?
See my last post. You are strange
He put 1200 on that stupid bet?! Wait, are we talking pounds, euros or Zimbabwean dollars?
It's a good bet!
He's going to win it. But he did put a similar amount on Djokovic.
Especially when it's Essex Rob.There is nothing in life more boring than people boasting about their bets.
Yep, suspect the number of viewers who stopped watching halfway through both finals will be huge.

Is Federer the biggest flat track bully in sport?
A very high number of his victories have come against really crap opposition. I understand he can beat only what's around him, but he seems to do the beating only when the field lacks depth.
Oldest Slam winners...31 seems to be a drop-off point for many...

This is not to say he's not in the GOAT debate -- but the last year or so, the tennis competition has been pretty mediocre.
I have openly shared my bets here prior to the match results as I don't bullshit or boast around unlike some of the posters here who brags about their winnings but don't post their bets. The fact that you've called me out for it shows how small-minded some people can be. This is an internet forum and we are free to discuss anything. Get over it.There is nothing in life more boring than people boasting about their bets.
