Neither.
So what would you do?
Neither.
I don't know man. Frankly, I gave up. I have no expectations anymore. I'm in the acceptance phase of the 5 stages of grief. So what would you do?
I wouldn't be so sure of this... LVG, Mourinho and Ole keeping their jobs as long as they qualified for the CL is a sample size of 1 or 2 full seasons per manager.Yeah this is a really tricky one. The trouble is If by hook or by crook Ole gets top 4 they won’t sack him in the summer and we’ll have another season of this crap next year.
In my opinion we just need to get Solskjaer out of the club ASAP. Rodgers right now would be a thousand % better than what we are seeing at the moment.
I’ve voted for Ten Hag as he’s my number one pick but I fear that the club won’t sack Solskjaer if we wait for the summer.
In the end, there are still question marks over Potter, Ten Haag or Rodgers. Nobody can predict or guarantee that they will be a success. Just like any club, you hire a manager who is available/interested and sack them if it didn't work out.
Did Liverpool do that or just struck lucky with Klopp after a series of failures?Unless you are City or Liverpool in which case you choose a long term strategy and then target and court the right manager as a long term project. That seems to work better?
Absolutely and there should also be a plan B if it doesn't work out with the said long term project. Unfortunately with our owners, it is wishful thinking. Therefore, we currently find ourselves in a situation where they did not have a plan B (and probably chose the wrong plan A, but that's in the past now). This means that beggars can't be choosers, unfortunately for us.Unless you are City or Liverpool in which case you choose a long term strategy and then target and court the right manager as a long term project. To use your metaphor, we are stuck in a poverty trap. As long as we are beggars we will never be choosers and as long as we choose badly we will stay beggars. Now is the time to break the cycle. If only the owners gave two shitts.they did not have a plan B (and probably chose the wrong plan A, but that's in the past now). This means that beggars can't be choosers, unfortunately for us.
I have huge admiration you can stomach his smug face for another 6 months because I definitely can't that's for sure
Their line up in that FA Cup game was better than ours that day, 10/11 started the final. Its probably the best I've seen them play in the last year, they look very average a lot of the time.
sameI'd take any option over Rodgers now or ever
Don't want him anywhere near our club
You ring Ten Hag now and tell him it's now or never. This is the ideal time to take over. Free pass until the end of the season to implement his system(s)/methods, couple of signings in the Summer, goes into his first full season with the best possible chance
Give me one reason why any of you think either Ten Hag is agreeing to join us end of season or Rodgers would abandon Leicester mid-season, in January somehow and join us? Except you are not allowed to use the "we are world's biggest club and nobody can refuse to be our manager" bullshit.
Even if Ten Hag wanted to come to EPL (which many said he doesn't) he is a way better fit for the ambitious Newcastle project, than our pathetic state. And for Rodgers - in what world is he abandoning Leicester mid-season? Or why would Poch leave PSG where he has unlimited money, guaranteed French title and every year to compete for UCL?
This is some crazy shit, that strongly smells of Glazers bullshit propaganda to distract people from the mess we are.
Poch litterally joined PSG on January 2nd last season. He litterally wasn’t there the first four months of the season. He is literally ten points clear this November already.Poch literally lost the title to Lille last season.
I'll watch them if they are on in UK, nothing ever particularly stands out about them to me other than them having a better set of CMs than us. Statistics also back up that they are nothing special at either end of the pitch. That's because they had injuries. And if you're saying you watch every Leicester game then I'll accept that game just happened to be a one off when they played us.

True. But they’re always the heavy favorites. Since the qataris, came they lost the league 2-3 times in like 12 seasons. My only point was it's not guaranteed titles, as proven last year.
And then what? Lack of ambition is astounding. Who's to say Rodgers gets top 4 too? He chokes it every year when on a plate.Rogers now. It still pains me to say Ole out as I thought he was building something very good after watching his first two seasons here but the end of last season and this season have demonstrated he's nowhere near good enough and he has to go. If he remains in charge for the rest of the season we won't get top 4, half of our top players will want to leave at the end of the season and this will impact us for years to come.
It has to be Rogers now, who will get us top 4 and steady the ship.
You don't like him then?Rodgers never, the big fecking thunderbird scouse twat head on him. He shouldn't even be allowed into Old Trafford with the visiting team!
He should crawl back under whatever tanning bed he came out from under. You don't like him then?
:-)He should crawl back under whatever tanning bed he came out from under.
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. Was my post that incoherent?
Maybe a reunion with VDB would tempt him to manage us, I hope.If you did a poll 99% of respondents (including me) would say Ten Hag at the end of the season. Anyone who thinks Rodgers is worth a punt is doing so on the assumption that Ten Hag isn’t available. He turned down Bayern Munich quite recently, why would he leap at the chance to manage us?
I don’t want Rodgers either but to compare him to Moyes is disrespectful. Moyes was an absolute disaster for us, and had us pretty much mid table. Rodgers almost took Liverpool to an unexpected title, and has won the FA cup with Leicester. I don’t want him anywhere old Trafford but he’d certainly be a huge improvement over both Ole and the Moyes we had back in 2013/14.Rodgers is moyes in disguise. He's already failed at a bigger club like moyes.
It would be like liverpool signing moyes and we'd rightly piss ourselves laughing.
