It was pathetic, because he actually did him twice. Took Chong's knee out which clearly did the initial damage. Then Chong came back on and the same player took his knee out again.
Reminds me very much of Best when he’s on the ball. Has a similar gait and posture. It may be the shock of dark hair looking at him from behind that helps jog the memory but that’s who he reminds me of.

on a wet day he'll be around 6 inches shorter than his current 6ft 6inches shows (incl hair!...ie. he's 6ft). But seriously, imagine the kid on a wet rainy day in manch, be like a long haired wet poodle...can't wait!
I've only seen him once and was actually very impressed. I know he started ahead of Redan in youth internationals (with Redan pushed to the wing)
Looks like a fantastic prospect. Has the acceleration of a Bale but also possesses great dribbling ability and control on the ball. He can go as far as anywhere with his talent.

I think we should be patient and let him enjoy himself this season. Include him on the summer tour, see how he does and if he impresses maybe give him a sub appearance or two in the PL when we are comfortable. I don't believe in blooding youngsters in the League Cup because we play weakened team in those games and it's a scrappy affair most of the time. Get them on when they can showcase their talent.

With the WC which will many of our players won't be available, I'll be shocked if both of them aren't going to the summer tour provided there's not a youth international tournament.

our weakened teams look much stronger than League two sides for sure, the problem is that if we play away from home we can't control the game that well. Can see him thriving at Old Trafford, would be a much different game even against a championship side. He's that kind of player who wouldn't look out of place at all playing him instead of someone like Rashford who loses ball quite often and Chong is a better dribbler
Would like to see him get a game at the end of the season and maybe a loan spell for next season. We're currently full of talent on the wings so barring an injury crisis he probably won't get a look in for a while.

Sane and Salah disagree. Salah might not be considered a pure winger and their hair might be a bit smaller, but they are both speedy. The point still stands.
How does the point stand when their hair is not even close to being similar? I'm not even sure if you are being serious about Salah. Chong's hair is a good 6-7 times longer at least.
