On topic; United aren't signing Messi. That is ridiculous. I believe Woody has asked about Messi, but that's as far as it will go. Would love to see him at United though, imagine the inspiration he would be to the youth. Him and Ibrahimovich steered by Mourinho, supported by Martial, Rashford, backed up by Lingard, TFM. Etc

I think Woody gets a buzz off trying to sign the superstars. Muller, Bale, Neymar, Di Maria, Falcao.

Its the French press talking shit. They have a mega rich club that can compete for any player yet the elite will not come. The poor French haven't got around to accepting this yet.
He recently said PSG and a return to France holds no interest for him ffs.
