Happy for both of them.

Glad Love got to make his debut for us and Paddy, as brightly as he started in the first team, was never going to get back in the team under Mourinho, unfortunately.

Hope Moyes is dumb enough to have thrown a lot of money at us.

Skysports are reporting Sunderland have agreed a fee for McNair and Donald Love.

Is Loveany hood?

Not good enough for us, Sunderland would be a great move for him.

Would be a good move for McNair as well. He needs regular football and won't get it here.

Don't rate Stones but people have hardly seen Bailly play either.

We tend to do this every summer, hype our signings to no end only to tear them down at any sign of mistakes.@

NO doubt he will make plenty of mistakes but the potential talent is obvious to see straight away.I dont mind GOOD young players making mistakes as it is a learning process, we have seen it with Ronaldo, DeGea, Smalling and Martial last year. It is when we see it with average players who should be at or approaching there peak regularly I will complain.

Also personally I do rate Stones thought he was excellent in his first season and rubbish last year, good to see a talented English centre back calm on the ball, first since Ferdinand though I dont think his defensive abilities prospect wise are anywhere near Ferdinands but he can be a very good defender in time, though the price fee is up there with the crasiest of a crazy summer

One of my good mates shagged Paddy McNair's sister - Be glad if he goes.. Might stop him telling me that every time I see him.

That tweet makes no sense. It's not like Everton can bid 31M£ for Vidal and he'd agree to move!!

Plus it's a whole different year and a different market. Also one is a winger and one is a CM.

Tweets like these by these journalist just help feed mindless trolls who use these "facts" for their argument.

If this were Football Manager I'd be all over Isco for that price, but Isco is vastly overrated on FM and if this were Football Manager our budget would already be blown to pieces with our current signings.

Wish we waited until they announced Stones to announce Pogba. Would piss off the City fans so much rofl
Oh, but we pissed off the club, didn't we? "Meanwhile in the City dressing room..." announcing Stones, with that little silly, no imagination, video of City dressing room.. I almost fell of my chair when I read meanwhile...

Fair enough

But the problem is that not everyone is as accommodating as you when it comes to allowing younger players to make mistakes . People tend to overhype then go on a complete 180 of mistakes do occur.

And some people "cringed" at the Pogba video. I expect this for all our signings from now on, I thought it was awesome. Each to their own I guess.

Griezmann to Utd
Neymar to PSG/City
Dybala to Barca
Kane to Madrid

These are the only possibilities that I can really think of right now. I don't think Muller would move or necessarily fetch a WR price, don't think Verratti would either simply because of his position and style, Bale to Utd is potentially a possibility but I think he's happy in Madrid nowadays and has the chance to be their new poster boy when Ronaldo moves on.

The top two I think could happen as soon as next summer, I think Dybala would need a couple of years to fully establish himself as an elite talent even if he has a great season this year, whilst Kane I think to get that kind of move would have to happen after the 2018 World Cup and he'd had to have a great tournament to establish himself as the new poster boy of English football.

Wrong thread?
