Also think Lukaku should look at a bigger club then Chelsea. Eventually one of the giants will come in for him if he keeps scoring the way he does for Everton, especially as there is lack of quality strikers in the market.

It would be foolish to sell Blind, not only he is an accomplised player he is someone that can play in 3 positions with distinction.

Not bothered if we sell Mata, Rojo

Can play three positions adequately, none of them with distinction for me. I would agree with keeping him this year as although we have had an amazing window personally I would have liked to have seen another centre back and central midfielder and several faces out the door. Without either happening I would suggest he is possibly the best cover for all three positions, and also possibly the best partner currently for Pogba if Carrick cant play regularly

I have no doubt in my mind that if Real came in and matched our offer he would absolutely have gone there,

-Champions of Europe
-Guranteed to challenge for the league next year
-Play against Barcelona on a level playing field and possibly 6 times in the season.
-Wonderful weather and city

But they couldnt and wouldnt match our offer showing a few things to him:

-They do not consider him worth the amount bid
-They do not consider him worth the outlay across a season
-Ronaldo/Bale will always be considered more important and "better"
-Madrid will struggle to bring additional galacticos in, in the future

I am more than happy with all of those being facts as him as a player will have taken this all on board and considering his profile and stature commercially and within the game his next move would have to tick a lot of the boxes.

He will be a giant with us, he will essentially be our new Ronaldo.

I think with there transfer ban and no big signing so far this summer, if they wanted him they would have paid £89m. I doubt very much it was about money and more about the fact there midfield is already well stocked.....but regardless of the bs of the article, I expect he would probably have gone there over us, lets be honest most players probably would

He isnt good enough, certainly consistently to play for Chelsea in my opinion let alone one of the huge clubs. At his best he is phenomenal...not at his best he is pretty awful. I dont think he has the intelligence to be a world star personally and find the fees he has gone for already astonishing adding in the propsed fee now. ALways remember him being labelled an absolute world beater as a teenager, dont see it myself at all

I think a club with money to burn and recent titles in Europe and in the League would be quite generous for him at the moment.

- Schweinsteiger has no future at the club. (duh)
- Mourinho would sell Rojo, Blind and Mata, but wouldn't be against keeping them at the club beyond the summer.
- He wants to sell Januzaj.
- Wilson, Borthwick-Jackson, Pereira, Keane and McNair all expected to go out on loan.
- Question marks over Darmian, Young and Memphis due to their omission from the Wembley squad.
- Mourinho happy with transfer business, but wants to sign a commanding centre-back.

I'll be amazed if we're able to get rid of any of those players other than Blind.

Ideally Mourinho wants to move on Schweinsteiger, Mata and RoJo put he is willing to have Rojo and Mata for another season knowing he could get a better price for them after they play under him for a season.
He won't touch Blind, Jose knows Blind is his smartest CB get rid of him would be pointless

Now pogbas here surely if a decent bid comes in for Fellaini Jose will look to move him on.

Wenger putting striker search on hold must be music to Arsenal fans ears.

Arsenal really don't have any money do they, i mean the Higuian deal this summer was perfect time for them to get their world class striker yet they couldn't even afford £70 million. Strange where all their revenue goes these days as their stadium payments have been fixed for some time

Even now Lukaka at Arsenal could be an absolute fantastic title winning signing by Wenger but he won't do it.

No further interest in Lacazeta either.

Thats almost a word for word rehash of a Duncan Castles article from last month.

Let's "steal" Koulibaly from Chelsea.

Oh, and you can stick Tancredi on the banned list #145lolzy

Speculation and Pogba camp said once United was involved there were only one club

I very much doubt they'd do that if they hadn't agreed it. My bet is that they're just waiting for Everton to get the replacements - Martins Indi, etc.

Stones to City is done imo. It is the same as Sane or Pogba to us really. Already more or less done. They need a young ball playing CB, he is the only one on the market.

This fee even makes Pogba deal seems more shrewd. World record signing with top 3 world football commercial figure, and upcoming one of the very best midfielders (already make world best XI, but that's a different story).

Swansea owners running away from the law or whats going on?Selling everyone
