Smashley Young

I find him quite a frustrating player to be honest. Good squad player but that's about as far as it goes in my opinion.

Dive was bad

Diving player who shies away from challenges. Offers so little over the course of a season.

Will be flogged off next summer.

Where? Nobody will take him. United gave him a big fat 5 year deal and now he's stuck here till 2016.

He's the only Man Utd player I've ever disliked. I actually dislike him. I've gotten infuriated with people on here before who actually dislike or hate our footballers, but with Ashley Young, it's finally happened to me too. I wish we would terminate his contract and feck him off out of the club.
Or just terminate him

He was left in tons of space and one on one with their full back so many times...and couldn't go past him at least once. Amazing winger.

He has disgraced his teammates, the club, his country and baby Jesus.

Death sentence would be too kind for this evil mother fecker.

I dislike him and this was the first time in my life I was quite happy to see United not scoring from penalty. Getting rid of him is like a new signings. He's shit and he's the biggest diver in England. feck him!

Also, ever since noodle pointed out how utterly pointless and ineffective his crossing style is, I've not been able to stop groaning/laughing when he 'crosses' the football.

Can we sell this disgusting piece of shit. His constant diving is shameful to team mates and fans alike.

He really is a disgrace to United. He's nothing better then a mid table player at best, and when he plays he just infuriates you with his constant shitness on the ball and always doing the same thing over and over, and that same thing never working out. He's also such a pussy, never wanting to go in a challenge.
To make it worse, he dives all the fecking time, which puts United in a bad image. Can't wait until he's gone. Don't think I've ever disliked a United player as much as I dislike him.

Much of a muchness in the two chances. Both sitters.
We'll have to differ on that. One was right in front of the goal with nothing to beat, and RVP was racing in from the wing on his right at a narrower angle...but what do I know...

If you don't want a player to go down easily, don't deliberately put your arm out as he goes past you.
If you're past your man headingfor goal why go down at a nothing challenge unless you're a cheat?

Like everyone else, I was fecking fuming with his dive, it's just embarrassing for the club and I was saying to myself I hope we miss the penalty because I don't like winning that way.

Not only that, but Youngsters vision is pathetic. There were a couple of instances where I was thinking he could release the through ball and he just held onto the ball.

But yeah, that fecking dive, cnut.

Edit: on reflection he did make a good couple of crosses, but still that dive was pathetic. How can anyone justify him falling to the floor like that? If the player had stuck out a leg or something and made minimal contact then fair enough because that can take away his balance, but that was poor.

It probably was a better chance on another viewing. Young's ball was a great one though. It should at least be acknowledged as such.

United fans hoping we miss a penalty.

fecking hell.

I really hope we get rid of the cnut in the January window, surely some mid table mediocrity will have space for them in their team?

Exactly. His movement was impeded.

Any time that happens the attacker is entitled to go down and let the ref make a decision. Everton would be second in the league if Coleman did the right thing for his team.

I cannot stand him and he's shite too.

Respect for so many of you calling him on it. Nice to see.

The most frustrating thing is that he is unable to dribble with the ball. He has zero tricks in his locker. zero. That fullback he had to play against was fecking shit and he didnt manage to go past him once.

You're not entitled to throw yourself to the ground when it's an unnatural reaction to the contact between you and the defender. That's cheating.

You and I vastly differ on what is right then

Super cross from which RVP hit post but after the dive for the penalty his game went to pieces.

He has one trick, the fake cross/shot thing.

It is time for him to hang up his boots..........a total total embarrassment of a player!!

Positive: Even Moyes will now see he shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch on Sunday.

He had that fullback one on one once, and telegraphed his run so much, the fullback could have tackled him with his eyes closed.

He started off well enough when he came on as part of the move that led to RvP hitting the post, then he settled into his usual vendetta of kicking the ball at his fullback, clueless player.
