That's where I am with him. It wouldn't bother me if that is his goal but, for it to happen, he needs to put in the consistency. If he doesn't, Madrid simply wont be interested.

Like a lot of fans, I've tried to support Pogba as he adapts to this new deeper role, but his performance against Spurs was awful. Fergie would have dropped him and put VdB in by now.

We could get around that if we sell him in January but that’s may be. I think it’ll be 40m-50m, 60m with adds on at highest. Hoping Real or Barcelona having poor season and forced to pay good money on Pogba for solution.

Unfortunately, what seems most likely is that he'll just run down his contract and leave in 2022. He'll still only be 2022 then so RM, Juve or PSG can get plenty of mileage out of him.

At the moment, no-one will take him unless he runs down his contract and leaves on a free - but he's still got a while before that can happen.

I just read we extended his contract until summer 2022. If he doesn't start performing well this means we might be able to get a good price in January. I hope, though, that he starts playing well and consistently.

I'm willing to sell at this point, I'm not excited about extending his contact.
It made perfect sense at the time. He was full of potential (he was excellent at Juve) and was probably the most high profile young midfielder for his age we could attract. Even Mourinho at the time said the price we paid would be regarded as a bargain in the future.Sell him ASAP. We should have never got him in the first place for such a high figure.
