Rice is absolutely petrified of making a quick forward pass. Reminds me of McTominay in that he absolutely has to “see it” for a long moment before being willing to fire it forward.

I don’t think people realize how much Kane contributes to “boring” England. He basically doesn’t move and can’t run on any sort of transition, so players are forced to play it back/sideways more than normal.
England have become excellent at the diving thing.
