SECOND NPOWER TEST, TRENT BRIDGE, ENGLAND vs INDIA

The man who has won the award as ICC Umpire of the Year for the last three years ... is a feckface.

Looking good so far despite those two decissions. Laxman should have a go now no point arsing about

Let's see how it goes tomorrow, England still have a chance but other than KP none of their other batsmen look in a good touch to get a big one. Their tail has been abysmal in last 3 innings too.

Kumble didnt do too bad and neither did kahn. I think it depends on how england deal with the new ball

I'd like to apologise (again) to GG, I should never have doubted her thread starting capabilities, I should never have guzumped her to the starting of this thread, I should never have accused her of bringing a curse to this great cricketing nation when in fact it is I who bring that curse :(

Have a feeling Kumble could play a big role today... just need a couple of early wickets from the seamers and then let Kumble do what he does best - grind them down slowly and steadily in marathon bowling spells.

Hows the pitch looking anybody? Will it take some turn later in the day?

I've seen more sledging in this series than in any of India's recent ones...

zaheer and Pieterson were at it, too. What was all that about?

I hate sledging, by the way. . .ok I don't mind a bit of banter, but when it's over the top, it's just not cricket.
