Says who?
F-Red.
Says who?
Yeah. I'm confused. Surely they have to pass the legislation before it is law?Are you arguing?
BJSays who?
Same. So frustrating that almost everyone saw this coming.Makes me angry just thinking about it. Cowards are running this country.
Yeah. I'm confused. Surely they have to pass the legislation before it is law?
Yeah it's ridiculous. My boss was working from home from the beginning of December because his wifes parents were up and they're considered at risk yet still expects the rest of to be working from the office as normal..
Very appropriate initials.
But it's not actually law until Wednesday, presumably?
Ta.Yeah law from Wednesday apparently
The dim idiots are the majority. I heard a lady on the BBC this morning complaining that her beloved Boris should have been knighted in the NY honours because everything he has done has been absolutely right...
Takes all kinds.
No it's in law from this evening.
Says who?
Yeah law from Wednesday apparently
Unfortunately the media are complicit. There will be no realisations. You would hope they could gain some of that back once people see how Brexit pans out and can see they were lied to.
We can only live in hope.Unfortunately the media are complicit. There will be no realisations.
Surely they need to open the nightingale hospitals?
This literally made me laugh out loud.Wonder if Captain Sir Tom Moore has got another 100 laps in him?
It is a healthier way of living I suppose! We can only live in hope.
By the way are takeaways, food deliveries, drive thru's still the same?
Does that include supermarkets?Yeah but there's a ban on takeaway alcohol.
Where do you get takeaway alcohol from?Yeah but there's a ban on takeaway alcohol.
Takeaways will be, doubt drive-thru’s will be though as it’s part of a restaurantBy the way are takeaways, food deliveries, drive thru's still the same?

McDonalds drive thru was open when their restaurant wasn't.Takeaways will be, doubt drive-thru’s will be though as it’s part of a restaurant
I know of a lot of people who can do their jobs from home but their bosses don't trust them, so they'll be getting them in. Furlough should come back in full, but I don't see that happening.Yeah it's ridiculous. My boss was working from home from the beginning of December because his wifes parents were up and they're considered at risk yet still expects the rest of to be working from the office as normal..
Being reported that alcohol deliveries are banned as well, which is an awful decision, as it's the only way alcohol dependent people who live on their own can get it whilst self-isolating.Yeah but there's a ban on takeaway alcohol.
Where do you get takeaway alcohol from?
Thanks.Pubs and restaurants. That’s what’s been banned. You’ll still be able to get alcohol all the usual ways i.e. supermarkets, off-licenses etc
I’ve just added a bunch to my Asda order for this weekend.Being reported that alcohol deliveries are banned as well, which is an awful decision, as it's the only way alcohol dependent people who live on their own can get it whilst self-isolating.

There were a couple of pubs local to me who were doing take away pints in plastic glasses, no idea why you would want one though as you would have to stand outside in the car park and have it.Where do you get takeaway alcohol from?
Nope don't think it does.Does that include supermarkets?
So what is takeaway alcohol? No, it didn't first time round.
That's true isn't it. I forgot.not first time round. It all closed.
They were giving out free food just before they closed.

I didn't order anything myself but they were doing deliveries of mini kegs as well which wasn't a bad idea at the time and might have kept a few places ticking over, this might be the final blow for some places though.
Grim times if you are a landlord.
Nope don't think it does.
Boris and Co. will only be bothered if their fine wines and Bollinger can be delivered. There were a couple of pubs local to me who were doing take away pints in plastic glasses, no idea why you would want one though as you would have to stand outside in the car park and have it.
