Nope to both. Although "get in the hole" shouted at someone teeing off for a 600 yard par 5 is pretty fecking annoying. Not to mention moronic
I'd just like to point out Europe are famously slow starters in the Ryder Cup so it's far from over. However, after the death of Arnold Palmer (RIP) at the weekend, I felt that the USA would be even more fired up than ever. They also have the more experienced and better side this year, and it's on home soil. Not that any of that matters at all, but all of it adds up and unfortunately I think the advantage is definitely with the Merkins.
Palmer was a bit of cnut though. Nicklaus is a true gentleman of the game. He did wonders for this competition and surpassed Arnold, which never sat well with him. Gary Player was a better golfer than Arnold as well. However, he was the first superstar of Golf. That is why he will be forever remembered.
