I’m not convinced you understand what the UN charter is used for or what its relevance is in this context, but Russia is in clear violation of these points:
Article 2(1)–(5)
3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.
4. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.
You’re posting about a hypothetical situation where Russia is provoked into a land grab and war in Europe due to certain European actions, without recognizing/admitting that these potential actions are being mooted in response to a land grab and war that Russia has already launched.
