Vance was there with one goal and that was to attack and insult Zelensky.

At least Europe now knows what to expect from the Americans in case of a conflict involving any European country.
 
What the hell, that was awful to watch and this is infront of the cameras you can only imagine how it is behind them.
 
Looks like the press conference is cancelled - Zelensky's car has pulled up to the West Wing - looks like he is leaving. It's a disaster. On Truth Social Trump says Zelensky has, "disrespected the United States", is "not ready for peace" and can "come back when he's ready for peace". He's essentially kicked him out of the White House.

Putin will be drinking vodka from the bottle this evening. Party time.

Just the quotes are terrible enough. The smugness from these fascist cnuts and how they sound and look makes it even worse.
 
Mineral deal not signed. Sounds very much like Trump will be withdrawing all US support from Ukraine immediately. This is sadly the end for the Ukrainian nation - Russia will sweep across the country.

Europe needs to get its act together quickly - the Baltic states and Poland will be next.
 
US wanted a circus, and i wouldn't mind, if it didn't affect everybody else, especially Ukraine.
 
Sad thing is how many of his voters will eat from his hand while he sides with murderous dictators. Every dictator has been treated nicer by Trump than any of the traditional allies. Not just this term, the previous term as well. I'm fuming.

Only hope for Ukraine now is if Zelensky resigns immediately and his successor comes back, cap in hand. There clearly is not going to be any kind of deal between Trump and Zelensky.
 
I don't know how Trump does it, but every time I think I can't possibly hate him more he does something that makes me hate him more.

And i don't know he does it, the worse he acts, the more support he actually recieves at home.

Wow, I’m shocked that no deal will be signed… Almost fell off my chair I did.

Believe it or not, there are still people out there who will argue against the fact that Trump works for Russia. Not even kidding, utter wackos I know.
 
Next week Trump will begin formalising some sort of deal with Russia, watch this space. All this mineral deal stuff has just been a means to a different end.
 
There is a small problem with Trump's "deal" though, even if we believe he will keep up his end of the bargain(x doubt), Putin still won't accept NATO troops in Ukraine, rest of NATO isn't too happy about this whole arrangement either.

US has a lot of leverage, but its not unlimited.

It doesn't take a genius to see that Zelenzkyy was being set up to fail.
Trump has already made up his mind who's side he is on. And it is not Ukraine.

Trump says that Zelenzkyy does not have any cards.
Yes he does.
Trump is desperate to get his greedy hands on Ukraine minerals.

The situation is perfectly clear.
It is up to Europe to support Ukraine as best it can.
And if I was Zelenzkyy, I would offer the minerals to Europe and then lets see who has the cards.

There's no hope for Ukraine in the US. This was a bad press but hopefully it opens eyes in europe.
NATO is dead. The US is pro putin.

Either Europe steps to support Ukraine or Ukraine falls. In the event Russia attacks NATO countries the US will not help. The EU needs to formally begin talks of a EU defence army and a local defence industry. They need committ billions in the next few months for this cause.
I don't know how long Ukraine holds. But it buys the rest of Europe time. Arm up, reinforce defence in the Baltic stats to avoid war. If they spend the next couple years trying to kiss up to Trump instead of drastic action then they're idiots. You can't repeat the mistakes of pre world war II. See the signs, and take action before you have no choice
 
This looks like a setup to me, pre planned between Vance and Trump beforehand.
 
Feels like it’s going to escalate to new levels. UK and Europe should be going all in on defence spending from this point on.

USA pro Russia in all of this is hurting my head, trouble is coming
