Round of 16 | Switzerland vs Italy | Germany vs Denmark

I think there's too many people in the attacking midfield, Musiala, Gundo and Wirtz .. and Havertz are basically stepping on each other or running on the same spaces. Too much crowding.

I didn't say he played bad, but his role/positioning looks a surplus of requirements for me. Of course, he played better than Wirtz and he's the captain so he's not the one being dropped if Nagelsmann wants to add width or another player lower in midfield.
Pleased to see I'm right, even though it took 3 games.

Perfectly good goal, Schmichael fell over his leg, not a foul. PL refs doing PL ref things.

Why on earth was that disallowed? Must've been Kimmich.
Yep, was him.
They showed another replay where he clearly checks a defender out of the scorer's way. You see those given but also disallowed.

What a joke of referee. There wasn't a foul on the keeper. And the Danish player just runs into Kimmich

Where in earth was the foul? Even if it was Kimmich that blocking move is consistently done in set pieces, absolutely sh*t call from Oliver.

It was an intentional screen. We ain’t playing basketball, that’s a foul all day long. Those kind of scripted set pieces with intentional blocking have no place in football.

kimmich is lucky to still be on the pitch.

Ridiculous to rule that block a foul. English refereeing has been an utter embarrassement so far at the Euros.
