I know. That was my point. It isn't odd that they're friends and their nationalities are irrelevant.

that wasn't my point  it was more along the lines of that they wernt in the same youth set up ala Griezmann and Pogba, obviously Belgium and French get along fine in the sense of the Flemish and all that, its just weird how they struck up a friendship despite not really ever crossing the same paths.

I'm guessing he was loyal to Atletico Madrid and not desperate to come to us.
I don't see anything wrong in that. He is just being loyal to his club. Fans need to get their heads out of their asses here and stop dreaming that every top should/want to come play for United.

This was a follow up from the first tweet you posted of Phil Brown. He was just wumming certain fans about Woodward.

So one day you question how much credit he deserves and, two days later, claim he deserves credit for exactly what you were questioning what he deserves credit for.

ITK, clearly.

I don't see any thing wrong with it as a neutral. However as a United fan I wouldn't mind players desperate to come here no matter what. I wish his loyalty wasn't with them and he made the step up to a bigger club regardless of the ban that they themselves are rightly being punished for. The Sold a player to Madrid their rivals. Greizmann loyalty with them can be seen as misplaced from a United fans stand point

Seems like he his ITK clearly when very well respected Journos vouch for him.

Reports reckon he would cost up to £70m, but he's asking for wages up to £400,000 a week. Even for us I don't think that's feasible for a 28 year old.

Those reports are not credible. He is making half of what Lingard makes right now. Auba will be happy with 140-150k a week.

Seems like it's a personal problem of yours and not his loyalty problem. Footballers dont think like fans do. All we think of is United. For them it's a business decision since it's their job. He has absolutely no connection to United. He didn't promise to move to United and even if he did he is human. He can retract his decision anytime since it's his life.

That is Pilib De Brun's son. He also bagged an interview with Lukaku that will air on Monday.

EDIT:

The tweet.

Not bad for a bullshitting bellend, with no contacts.

It's really no proof he has any inside info. Just have to look at the guys history to see he speculates more than he informs.

More importantly, the deal is done!

That's what his show is about, talking about football and speculating about transfers. He says straight up if he's been passed info or not, most of the time he just give his own take on it.
Also, there's no way he meeting Lukaku and doing an interview with him, if he doesn't have contacts. He got the Lukaku interview before MUTV but isn't allowed to air it until Monday.

He might have contacts, but I bet they don't give him much info. He spins a tiny bit of info into the guise of knowing a whole lot.

Yeah, his job isn't twitter, mate. He gets paid for hosting a football podcast/radio show. Transfers is only a small part of it. The stuff he does on twitter is mostly personal opinion, with the odd time passing on info he has been given.

No offense mate but can you stop talking about your bestie in every transfer thread. People aren't going to change their opinion.

Really looking forward to the start of the season now. With our two new signings and Andreas coming back from loan. We look fairly well stock already. Younger players a year further on in development plus the whole jose second year thing. Exciting times ahead i hope, just need a season were we don't get cursed by mountains of injuries. Roll on the super cup

Pilib De Brun could have a video of Lukaku telling him some inside information whilst holding up the frontpage of all todays newspapers, and some people would still find a way to not believe it.

It's probably CGI
