I also agree Ban was being sarcastic. If you have ever read his posts you can sense his frustration with posters who go over board in their critiscm of our players or manager.
You don't mean Paul Parker do you?
Then nope.yep.
Then nope.
"FFS we allowed an English international RB walk on free because Sir Alex believed that Gaz was ready."
Parker left in 96 and was injured for almost all of the two seasons before that and played maybe a handful of games? so was allowed to run his contract down/leave. Neville was already established but Parker's injuries were reason (as showed in his career after us).
He was hardly an England player either... lost his place to Dixon a years before leaving us and doubt he played more than a couple of internationals after 90/91.

That's fine. I got your point (just this example didn't back it)Ok that was a mistake. I was pretty young at the time. Some things I do remember, others don't
So now the caf mods think it’s a greater offense to be sarcastic than downright abusive? That quote was just one of many on here that are abusive towards ole. Anyway the mods decision is their right.Maybe bad example considering that poster is banned permanently.
I agree with the initial post, @Ban post was sarcastic but he does it all the time. Maybe this is just a warning sign to stop doing it.
No need to be related to him to see his post history and know that he has never had a hostile attitude towards ole.How do you know?
Listen, you don’t know unless you’re ban or a relation of theirs.
You don't want to go down this road. It just so happens it's something I'm pretty well versed on. And two, unless you're also agreeing on the notion that plant based diet, with fat and protein from whole foods is the ideal nutrition for athletes, we're going to but heads. And your skull will be crushed, your existing appreciation for what an athlete 'should eat' disintegrated and if you're a fella open minded to robust science and changing his mind, maybe reborn like the Phoenix.
Bah. Feck it. Here's a few places for you to start. Once you've read and understood these appetizers we can look at Lukaku's eating and consider whether he is off the mark:

More power to him. Any half decent player of ours leaving this dishevelled system we have in place here tends to pick themselves up. Chris Smalling is one of the better CBs in the league and only Immobile has more goals than Lukaku.
Are you wumming? He was bad bad.He wasn't that bad at United in the first place. He will score tons of goals at Inter.
The nightmare scenario is to play them in the EL. We know we'd lose from them.
Are you wumming? He was bad bad.

The arrogance some of our fans have is astounding. He was no prime striker but he still was the best goal scorer we had. Our fans were too busy making fun of him and acting as if other players we had were better. Truth is I would have taken his goals against the bottom half teams. Are you wumming? He was bad bad.

9 goals in 10 league starts for his new club. Excellent figures there by Romelu. Should comfortably hit 20 league goals in his 1st season. Meanwhile, at United....
He was not good for Utd end of. There was a moment in today's game when inter had a great counter, ball comes to Lukaku and u can guess how it ended. The arrogance some of our fans have is astounding. .......and plenty of creative passes from the back without Chris Smalling. At least we're seeing all the chances that were previously ruined by his poor first touch. That's the most important thing to take away

I dont get the logic here. What does our current struggles have to do with him being a bad player? His second season was shite. When we finish the season with fewer GF than some midtable clubs, you might change your opinion. He was good against weaker teams, we are struggling to beat such teams now.
Btw, it's a bit daft to think he was bad. Average to an extent maybe, especially in big games, bad No. He scored 40 goals over 2 seasons. That's not bad.
Would you pay 75m to sign him again? He was good in his first season for United, scoring 27 in all competitions. Last season wasnt good. We get it, you hate him. But take the blinkers off. The guy scores 2 goals away from home to win the game for his team, yet you still find something to complain about. What are Uniteds strikes up to these days?

There was another moment when he got to the ball in the box, guess what happened? You can post a gif if you aren't sure.He was not good for Utd end of. There was a moment in today's game when inter had a great counter, ball comes to Lukaku and u can guess how it ended.
I already did he scored a tap in from 3 yards boo hoooThere was another moment when he got to the ball in the box, guess what happened? You can post a gif if you aren't sure.
There are lads in the welsh league with more goals than rashford too. Why are we making direct comparisons serie a to premExactly, how many league goals does the darling Rashford have?
Agree, but that also meant the club had plenty of time to get someone in as they knew he would be gone.I still don't get some posters, he planned to leave for Serie A the moment he changed his agent, he and his agent communicated about it months before the season was finished, he wanted to leave and left. The way some are talking about him, you would swear that he wasn't the instigator of the move and was pushed out of the club.
There was another moment when he received the ball on the right wing around the hour mark in Inter's game against Brescia, guess what happened?I already did he scored a tap in from 3 yards boo hooo
Oh yes a once in a blue moon moment. I'll tell u when i win the jackpotThere was another moment when he received the ball on the right wing around the hour mark in Inter's game against Brescia, guess what happened?
