It's hard to figure out what's going on. If we offer them enough money, he'll be ours. If we drag this too much in time he might get an offer from another club that he'll find attractive - Juventus seem to be out of the race because he won't go there and City don't want to buy him unless they sell one of their strikers.
 
Don't think money is overly the issue here. I think it's down to Wenger, he doesn't want to sell at all to United but their board may push it through as they'd rather make a bit of money and get a player who doesnt want to be at the club off their wage bill.

Who knows though, Wenger obviously has a big influence overall.
 
I reckon we should offer 10m + Bebe, more or less splitting the difference between 15 and 22m...... plus Arsenal get a player who'd improve their first team.
